Brian and Sue Hackett, on this campsite in September 2019

Travelling party: Seniors

Just arrived home after a 16 day holiday in our new to us Bailey GT60 520/4 caravan. This is our second visit here. The camp site we were on was Yeatheridge Farm camping in Devon. What a great site, we could not fault it, Beautiful views, indoor swimming pools kept to an average 29c.so in swimming every day. The site also has a well stocked shop at really good prices. The bar/restaurant is also very good. The owners keep the site to a very high standard including shower and toilets. The owners could not be more helpful. There is also horse riding for all ages and lots of play area’s. We were so impressed with the site we are considering leaving our van there next year for the season as their storage rates are so reasonable it’s not worth towing the van 230 miles each way. Only condition for cheap storage is you book for 14 nights (not at one time) I am sure we will well exceed that. The site is still a working farm; it also has two lakes well stocked for fishing although that is not my scene. The site is in the centre of Devon so not close to the sea and the roads to it are very narrow so if you do go follow sites route and not Sat nav.

Fantastic family and staff. A site that is well away from all the bustle. Country lanes are very tight so do not follow TomTom use sites directions. A good stocked shop at very reasonable prices. Did not eat in restaurant but did have a few ciders in bar. While using the free internet. Thanks for a lovely fortnight. Brian and Sue.
