A small, peacefully located terraced campsite with lovely views of the village, the Montgo mountain and the sea (about 10 km as the crow flies). A place to relax and stay for a long time. A good base for walking in the mountains. Very friendly, helpful management.

Some pitches have great views, but most are north facing & very shaded- not ideal out of season. Access is tight , particularly if the site is busy. Despite this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great walking on the doorstep. Very friendly & helpful staff. The peaceful surroundings are a welcome contrast to the coast.

Stayed for 2 nights, lovely site, slightly limited pitches for bigger vans but we were fine on the top level. The restaurant wasn\'t open so no comments on the food. The situation of the sight is fabulous . We loved it here, Campell is very quaint and has a cash machine , great little butchers and baker. Lovely walking for dogs. The views straight to the coast are stunning.

Impossible for large outfits, don\'t even attempt it. Road through village a nightmare. When you approach the site, park at the bottom gate. There are painted arrows on the road which you should follow to get into the site. There are no instructions regarding this. You have to approach it at a decent speed, otherwise you risk leaving half of your outfit behind. Site entrance is on a very steep slope and our front driving wheels started spinning. No where to turn round at the top and we had to unhitch our trailer. We had help from another camper. We then helped another couple who followed us in. Pitches very small and difficult to access. We parked by the barbecue area. No bar open. Very, very disappointed. We wish we hadn\'t bothered to go there.

What a fantastic find this campsite was. We arrived late in the day after a long journey from Northern Spain, the gentleman (Dad) at Reception was very kind and helpful giving us a choice of pitches. The owner (son) was very helpful and kind when we asked for local information. The site is very picturesque from all pitches and the pitches he recommended coped well with our 6.5mtr motorhome. The toilet and shower facilities are basic and clean, with hot showers and heated toilet blocks. The laundry room is excellent. We adored the two cats who lurked around reception and our own dog and cat had a great time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even at Easter the site did not feel crowded or too noisy. We did not try the restaurant or the pool only because we like to avoid a lot of people where possible! We stayed almost 4 weeks - unusual for us.

Found this site by chance end of January. Quite busy even then! Wonderful site for views, peace, walks, terraces of pink almond blossom and being away from the coast! Very helpful owner. Difficult access for larger outfits. Only stayed for 2 nights but very much would want to return.

We stayed here for 2 weeks March 2015. Lovely campsite. As we have a dog we like a site with nearby walks and this is one of the best. If you look up \"costa blanca mountain walks\" this campsite is an excellent base for your walks. Staff very helpful. We wish we had come here earlier as we still have many walks to do. Will be back next year to do more of them. Highly recommended.

Good clean well kept picturesque site , friendly and helpful owners, stunning views of the valley down to the coast, 5minute walk from the village with great mountain walks/cycling/motorcycling on the doorstep - unfortunately an otherwise excellent site marred for us by the 24 hour barking, howling and whining from village and farm dogs. Difficult access for large motorhomes (we are 9 metres)

A peaceful site with stunning views. Much good walking in area (if you don\'t mind climbing/descending) and campsite owners are very knowledgeable about walks. Village with bar/baker/butcher and small weekly market 5 mins walk away.

Very welcoming, friendly campsite on the outskirts of a small village, with fantastic views of the distant coastline & mountains. Lots of hiking trails and spectacular scenery to drive around, or perfect for a peaceful relaxing break with the only sound being that of chirping birds. One of my favourite campsites & one that we will certainly be returning to.The only criticism I could make would be that the restaurant and bar was closed and the walk back from the village bar was very dark.

Very welcoming, friendly campsite on the outskirts of a small village, with fantastic views of the distant coastline & mountains. Lots of hiking trails for the energetic type, or perfect for a peaceful relaxing break with the only sound being that of chirping birds. One of my favourite campsites & one that we will certainly be returning to very soon. The only criticism I could make would be that the free internet was very slow (if you could pick it up at all) & that the restaurant was only open on Saturdays.
