Travelling party: Couple

Access in and out of the site is interesting to say the least! It's not too bad once you're committed to it but it can come as a bit of a shock that the road for the last mile or so is a cliff edge road, then after that a down and up hill that are extremely steep, then some rough terrain in the campsite itself. Don't try it with a caravan unless you've been sensible with you car / caravan pairing. A heavy van and gutless car will get you in trouble! The good news is that it's all worth it for the surroundings that you find yourself in. The campsite is beautiful with spectacular views of the mountains, the village is great and the local trails are great for dog walking and mountain biking. The campsite itself is a BTT point where a few MTB (or ATB as they call it in Spain) routes run though. The pool was closed as it was the off season. The restaurant and in fact site itself only opened for checking in / out at the weekend during the off season. We loved it here though. Toilets and showers were great. Only criticism is that we weren't told that there was any limit on the time we could stay and on the website (theirs and ACSI) it says they are open year round. Despite this we were told they would be closing after we'd been there for a week which I wasn't particularly happy about. When it came time to leave the owner drove on ahead of us on the single carriage cliff road so we got out safe. If you don't mind an adventurous drive in and out, we'd highly recommend! Not sure why but it seems expensive for out of season camping but it's the dogs that hike the cost.
