A lovely camp site with spotless facilities and a friendly welcome. Good position near to the town. A local, fresh dish of the day in the restaurant would have been good but we enjoyed the meal we had. Excellent and free wifi is always a bonus. Music in the bathrooms - great idea! Hope to visit again very soon.

arrived at site having booked ahead with pitch up - couldn’t use ACIS card - but site was happy to let us us it for second night - very helpful staff at reception- pitches are quite compact - with hedges between - but fine for a short stay. short cycle to nearby town & lovely beaches. we took the train to San Sebastián - every 30 mins & 40 mins away -worth the visit. had supper on first night in on-site restaurant- limited menu & slightly worried if the chicken was fully cooked - but no after effects! staff in restaurant were less friendly than the receptionist. showers were clean & water for showers was warm - but not very much for washing up ! great stop over site

Friendly and helpful staff, but pitch was small and very uneven. On a Saturday night in June the locals were loud until gone one in the morning. Nice swimming pool area but it got very crowded. Decent restaurant food. Definitely a more family oriented campsite with lots of children running around.

Had 6 days at this site with our caravan. We arrived at this site to the best reception staff ever, friendly, helpful and gave us loads of local information. Possibly the best reception we have been to. The shower block is first class, spotlessly clean all day and modern and well equipped. The pitches are tight for a largish caravan and it wasn’t possible to fit the car on the pitch in the required manor but they let us park in the next pitch. Perfect for a motorhome with nearby town and station only 15 mins walk away. 2 lovely beaches only a walk away. Great area for walking and the coastal drives are very scenic. Took the 40 min train to San Sebastián which was great. We would return if in the area.

We used Camping Zumaia as the last stop before catching the ferry at Santander as it is only about 2 hours away. With a twin axle caravan, it is awkward leaving but manageable. The staff were really friendly and printed off my Passenger Location Form that I sent to them via email. I found them very helpful.

Site in fantastic condition everything clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and welcoming. We only stayed one night as we were passing through. If we were in the area we would come again.

Came here as a last resort, we orginally went to a campsite near San Sebastian but found the staff unwelcoming and have stayed on larger aire sites than the pitch offered. Camping Zumaia has restored my faith, the staff were extremely welcoming and the facilities offered are immaculate. All pitches appear to be level, one or two MH were using levelers, we didn’t as my ‘bubble’ said that’ll do! Only downside is EHU is reverse polarity so didn’t use but I’m happy to use my solar / lithium / inverter.
