Pretty campsite on an island near Brielle. Lots of smart chalets but separate caper an site. Good wAlking around site and within walking distance of supermarket. Brielle very pretty and lovely to walk around. Good facilities. Ate at camp restaurant which was good . Definitely recommend as great location
We stayed here after arriving on ferry from England found streets in village approaching site a little tight, staff were very freindly and spoke good English ,will hopefully return
Stopped here whilst awaiting ferry to Harwich. We arrived along with a deluge and were worried about getting of the allocated pitch in our front wheel drive mh so we parked on mats. Lovely location for walking and cycling will use again when in the area
Sited at the Marina at edge of Brielle city, down a single track road we weren't sure what to expect. Pitch originally allocated to us was too wet for our Motorhome but we found a drier spot on the edge of the campsite, which had open views across the fields bordering Brielle.
Reception only sells bread & ice cream & printed information in English is not available but we were able to easily cycle or walk to the shops ,bars & cafes, of which there are many!
The VVV volunteers (tourist Information) in the museum were very helpful as were the volunteers in the Cathedral.
Brielle is a very interesting place with lots of fine buildings & well worth an extended stay , also within easy access of the ferry ports.
We visited in low season so the sites bar, restaurant & entertainments were closed so we cannot review these.
A really lovely site great staff friendly and helpful.Brielle is a lovely town and its in walking distance. Its quite tight getting to the site we have a very large caravan.
Didn't find much to see outside the town.
We visited Delft from here but it's around a 45min drive. But well worth it.
Stayed here waiting for the harwich ferry ,great site near town ,we needed a vet for our dogs passport there's one near town ,, the pitches are large ,with great toilet fertility ,one small problem no invalided toilet but a large family shower is ,the town has a good supermarket and lots other shops
A delightful site. Easy to find using GPS coordinates. Close to old town - worth a visit. Useful for ferry (Hook).
Staff pleasant and informative. Good facilities. Quiet and peaceful.
We have been to this site on 2 occasions & going back this September. Because our ferry does not get to Hook of Holland till 1645 we can not arrive at the site untill nearly 19.00 but a phone call on arrival & someone comes to the reception to deal with us. We have allways found the staff very friendly & helpful & are looking forwards to our next visit
Large busy site. Would have been very useful if members of staff showed you to your pitch - sometimes maps are not too obvious to the newly arrived.
Access roads are not wide - you can get in and out with a caravan but coming through quite narrow town streets is not easy if locals have not parked considerately.
The nearby town, Den Brielle is delightful although I'm not sure there is a large amount to see.
