Travelling party: Couple

No frills, just a good old fashioned quiet countryside campsite. Friendly welcome, good swimming pool, a great place for walks and bike rides. Showers were warm, toilets were clean. Pitches on the main part of the site would be a challenge for motor homes, but there was lots of space in the adjoining meadows, with good access to electricity and water. Easy walk down into the lovely local town with its bars, restaurants and small grocery shops.

At first sight it didn\'t look much but it turned out to be a fantastic place to stay, if we had more time on our journey we would have stayed longer!
Very quiet with pitches in the trees, almost a \"wild camping\" experience with electricity and facilities.
The facilities were a bit dated but clean with very large cubicles.
Owners were excellent, friendly and informative.

Arrived with some trepidation due to previous reviews. We were pleased with the welcome we received, the pitch we used was really nice, the toilets were clean and showers hot. This is the first campsite we have visited that has bidets! Subsequently found that quite a few Italian sites provide these. The medieval village of Garbagna is about 15 minutes walk and well worth a visit.
