Complete peace and quiet when we stayed first week in June. Campsite basically empty. Situated off the main tourist drag. Would say not a lot to entertain older children here, but for us that was a bonus. Campsite basically empty.

Gets busy after Sat (8th) June once German School\'s Holiday commence. Great low ACSI price (+ dreaded tourist tax ).

Spotless showers and toilets. Decent swimming pool but why bathing hat must be worn - WHY!

Beautiful views over lake, but none direct apart from only a couple of pitches.

Reasonably priced bar and Italian restaurant. Not overly extensive menu but caters for most tastes. Various pasta, options (meat, fish, shellfish, veg) pizza, choice of sides, desserts etc just don\'t expect burgers and chips.

Negatives: 5 min shower. Push button outside cubicle. Easy enough to repress though.

Short but steep walk to lovely secluded private pebble beach with swimming platform. Probably unsuitable for wheelchair users or the very infirm or very elderly.

We weren't told that the exit/entrance barrier closed between 1 and 3pm so came back from doing a big shop to find we had to park the car outside and carry the heavy shopping across the other side of the site where our pitch was. Reception was open and there was a receptionist present and when I asked if the barrier is closed every day she answered me in German! There was also a couple with a caravan that had just arrived and had to wait. It would help to have this information included when considering this site and your arrival time.
The recycling area is only open at certain times of the day so you have to hang onto your rubbish till it's open. My husband went over at 8.50pm and it was closed but meant to be open till 9pm!
There was only 1 ACSI place left when we arrived but had no shade and pitches were small so paid the extra to get shade and a bit more space.
But overall a lovely site right beside the beautiful Lake Garda.
