Very long camp plenty about 1 km walking to the reception. There is a shuttle bus to the reception but only up to12. 00 and 20.00. Not a problem walking but you must be aware of that. Camp is very convinient to reach Rome by train from the station about 300 m from the reception and then by metro or a bus; ticket can you buy at the reception. There is no hand washing soap in the toilets at all. So it is possible to see guests using the toilets and existing without washing their hands touching handles etc. For example when guests go to Rome they don\'t carry hand soap with them and still need to use toilets. Otherwise toilets are visibly clean and cleaned but be careful. Hand soap dispensers wouldn\'t cost too much so it is easily solvable otherwise take your own soap or fight the germs. One of the female staff was very rude on couple of occasions. When I asked why she allocated that pich and why not in other part of the camp she replied \'because I\'ve said so\'. They let me change the pitch without problem later with the phone call so I did not have to walk 2 km and nobody explained about the shoutle cart when I arrived. My feelings were hurt but I survived. Ha ha. Still no neccesity for rudeness at all.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a base to explore Rome. The site was hard to find with some sat nav errors, but once found the check in was straight forward. Pitches were tight but plentiful at this time of year. Toilets were excellent with classical music playing ! Their information lady was brilliant and produced a perfect itinerary for our 2 days visiting Rome and the Vatican. The train nearby takes you into the centre in 15 mins, but avoid rush hour.

Arrived on site and was allocated a pitch, but was informed to find an alternative if we wanted to. Long narrow site with good facilities for motorhomes. No shop on site, but local carrefour a few minutes walk outside of the main gates. Toilet facilities are above average with plenty of hot water, although the piped music may not be to everyone\'s liking. Access to Rome and all the tourist hotpots can be made using local transport. 48hr pass for bus, trams and train. As it was early in the season the pool was closed so un able to review.. However the restaurant was open and the food was reasonably priced and tasty. If you want to visit Rome this is an ideal site..

BEWARE this site charges an extra for a dog despite it supposing to be included in the ACSI rate. They clearly have a lot of complaints about this as they were well rehearsed and ready to show me the ACSI book which they claimed showed it didn\'t.... Wasn\'t allowed to choose own pitch but pitch allocated wasn\'t big enough so took another one and told reception. 6A EHU fine. Drinking water tap at side of pitch was good. Free Wifi very slow/didn\'t work most of the time. Toilets good (clean, plenty of hot water, nice loo roll, hand dryers, etc) but the incessant piped classical music wore thin after a while. Cycle path into Rome is reasonable although not the easiest to access from the campsite.

A brilliant point from which to visit Rome. Access to the site is straightforward and the staff were really helpful. They have their own tourist information adviser who was excellent at working out the best deal for our three days in the eternal city. The toilet facilities are the best I have ever encountered in over 50 years of camping/motorhoming. Good publc transport access into Rome and a local supermarket across the road. What else could you wish for?

Hieno leirintäalue lähellä Roomaa, ruokakauppa kävelymatkan päässä. Alueella ravintola jossa hyvät ruuat, myös lähistöltä löytyy muita ruokaravintoloita. Hienot sanitettitilat. Hyvät vaatteiden pesu- ja kuivauskoneet. Suosittelen mökin vuokrausta jos ei ole auto/vaunulla tai teltalla liikenteessä.

Excellent campsite for visiting Rome. The San Facs are first class. The staff at reception are very knowledgeable about visitor attractions, bus routes, trains etc.

This camp site needs one more toilet facility. Tent sites are too far away. Toilets needs to be renovated on the other side. There were only one shower with a proper hanger on the men's side.

What a superb site for visiting Rome. Simone at the Information Point was outstanding, she was honest and very knowledgeable. Some of the pitches were a bit tight and could be better kept. However ours was okay. The Restaurant was good and the toilet and shower facilities are the best I have seen. Well done guys.

Excellent facilities for bungalows but camping pitches are narrow and slightly inclined. Nice pizzeria and swimming pool. 20 mins to to sites of Rome by train
