A lovely campsite (established 2014) offering hard standing pitches for Caravans and Motorhomes etc as well as a substantial area of open grassland for Tent campers. The facilities are modern along with being kept immaculately clean. There is a small shop on site offering basic requirements along with Gas and bread can be ordered for the following day. Children will love the small selection of animals that one is able to 'stroke' which are located a short walk across the road to the barns owned by the campsite managers. Being located in beautiful countryside although only a stones throw (30 mins by car) to Bodensee (Lake Constance) makes this an ideal place to stay for a short holiday with other close-by attractions being Campus Galli, Schwäbischer Highland Games at Kreenheinstetten (if ones stay coincides with the event) and a great view of the Danautal from the Burg Wildenstein. I shouldn't forget to mention that this is ideal cycling country for both young and old and along with the natural lake (Freibad) for swimming the location of this campsite has a lot to offer. Please note that the Freibad is a natural swimming area meaning that whilst the water is filtered no chemical treatments are involved. There is a small area set aside for small children in which the water is in fact changed on a daily basis I am was informed.
