General information
Ideal Camping is a campsite with 400 touring pitches and 80 year round pitches. During low season, between 04-05-2020 - 30-06-2020 and 26-08-2020 - 12-09-2020, the nightly rate is €16,- at one of the 400 touring pitches at Ideal Camping in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne (Charente-Maritime). At this campsite you can not only use your CampingCard ACSI for inexpensive camping, you can also use your ACSI Club ID (as an alternative ID).
Very well maintained campsite near the sea (300 metres). Beautiful heated leisure pool. 2 km from St. Georges de Didonne. A peaceful campsite with plenty of sports and games for children.

Travelling party: Couple
Stayed here June 2017. Excellent site and near beach. Ideal cycling base where you can have a nice cycle to Royan with 10 min on quiet road and the other 30 plus on cycle paths. Pitches are good with shade. Not great for satellite though. Toilets etc clean. Pool good with nice slide. Bar staff and take away very good. Would recommend.

Travelling party: Couple
Visited site early June 2017 with friends. Very nice staff. Clean facilities. Take out and bar excellent. Friend could not get sat signal with trees. Good for flat cycling along beach front as far as Royan more or less. Would recommend.
