Very disappointing experience. Despite paying a deposit and booking a stay from Thursday to Tuesday, I received an email on the day of our arrival notifying me that our reservation was canceled due to overbooking. This is especially frustrating since we have a 7-month-old baby and now have to scramble to find alternative accommodations outside La Flotte, where our family is staying. The staff were friendly and help from the beginning to the end of thd holiday. The bar and restaurant were well run and a good place to go. Can't wait to go back as the location was spot on and the pool was inviting.

lots of camping-car pitches, flat and large round perimeter of rugby club. plenty of toilet blocks very clean, very hot water. 15 min stroll into lovely village of La Flotte with numerous bars and restaurants.Would use it again.

Above average site just a ten minute walk into beautiful La Flotte. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. lot’s for children to do. toilets could do with a more regular clean.

Nice campsite but the worst chemical emptying point I’ve ever come across- so disgusting!! Cycling in the area is excellent. The small village of Loix is charming, with such a beautiful church.

Good site in great location. Positives: Pool heated with plenty of sun loungers. Supermarket very close. Not far to walk into La Flotte. Plenty of cycle paths. Helpful and friendly staff. Negatives: No soap in toilet area. (Disinfectant and hand gel available). Pitches tired, but ok sizes. We experienced a lot of noise from the rugby club one Saturday night. But were reassured that this is a very rare occurrence. Beautiful weather, stayed 3 weeks. Would return.

The only thing this site has going for it is the location, very easy walk into Flotte.
The pitches are really tight and we had to ask for a different pitch as we were over hanging the access road, even though I told the site I had an eight metre motor home at the time of booking.
Even in May at the start of the season this site looks tired. The grass on our pitch was, at no exaggeration, 10 to 12 inches in lengthy and for the whole 5 nights we were there I never once heard a lawn mower....this site is no up to usual \"Flower\" standards . We will not return

busy site. our pitch was right next to the back of the restaurant building so a lot of music noise till 11pm. facilities unisex which I don’t like. showers good though, plenty of hot water and all kept clean. little bit tired. supermarket within walking distance of site. La flotte itself is a gem and only a 10 min walk from site. ate out in the port, essential to book.

Lovely well kept campsite within walking distance to La Flotte with its shops and bars. Very friendly staff. Toilet and shower block very clean and comfortable pitches. Tennis courts available and excellent bike rides from the campsite. Ile de Re is excellent for anyone who likes cycling - loads of place to visit by bike.
