Difficult to comment on food as everything was closed in October. Toilet facilities were on a light timer which quickly left you in the dark and disoriented. My shower was cold, even after running it for 5 mins. Had to dress, go to reception, where I got a hostile response telling me I had to use the disabled. On emptying cassette WC, you had to use the one outside the barrier which was a jeton one if you needed to rinse. For this price, I would have expected better. Also no WiFi !!

toilet facilities not good, only two toilets, showers poor water not hot, and poor shower head, so water flow very slow, no heating. would only recommend for a quick stay over if desperate. washing up area average but also no hot water. overpriced.

Washing up is in an covered open unit, no hot water. Showers are motion controlled so you get wet undressing and dressing if not careful.
These are minor concerns however. The facilities are up steep steps which are pitched black at night. The camp site does have lighting but none on when we visited. Really dangerous and unpleasant to walk around after dark. Added to this is the number of 'travellers' who arrived after reception was closed. Would not recommend.

I can’t really review this site using these scores as the pool was closed and I have no use for food, children or sports facilities. I can say it’s a good stopover site as it’s just off the motorway and it has flat open pitches so it’s quick to arrive, choose a pitch and set up. I cannot believe that since covid no soap is provided in the toilets. No toilet paper and poor lighting. and water not that hot.

pleasant grassy site but poor toilet and shower facilities. shower heads don’t work so you get barely any water. no seat on one toilet, no paper in the other, no soap anywhere, hand dryer didn’t work. over-priced for such poor facilities.

Definitely not a 4 star, no toilet paper provided, motion sensored tepid showers. Shame because camp is well laid out with large pitches. Small town to walk to. To get to Reims you have to travel in motorhome 30 minutes to a Cora supermarket and then get a tram. At this price rate for October, room for improvements

This site is a great one night stopover but I wouldn\'t stay for longer.
We stayed for 3 nights and found there was little to do in the area round the site and it is a little to far from Reims or Laon. The river is large, only just visible from the site and you cannot access the water at all. There is a short walk along the bank with access gates from the site.
This site is overpriced for what it provides.

lovely campsite with a very pleasant lady on reception. Sadly the comments about the showers are true and looking back at past reviews nothing has changed. The ladies showers are pathetically weak and such a fine spray that it’s not very warm either. Sensor keeps cos topping the shower then comes on whilst getting dry. Lights go out leaving you in poor light til someone walks in to the block. No heating in autumn which adds to a poor experience. The diner is only open for 1 hour in evening.

I guess this is my favourite French site.We have been come here for 12 years with great improvements by Didier and Caroline. Beautiful site by the river Aisne, within the town of Guignicourt. Carrefour super market a short walk away with the train station a further 5 minutes. The toilets are adequate and the dish washing area a little hit and miss on water temperature. Good pool by a decent bar where you can buy a home made pizza. Cant wait to go again.

One of our favourite campsites, not just for its warmth of welcome but its location close to the town. An excellent bakers and small supermarket are both within a five minute walk plus it’s very accessible off the motorway
