This is a very nice little camp site under William the Conquer castle steeped in history including the second world war.Excellent toilet facilities pitches can be uneven on the hill side might be a bit tight for large Motor Homes but good walking in the area.

Arrived at site just after 2pm but unless you are planning to arrive between 8.30 to 10am or 4.30 to 7.15pm don\'t bother, reception is closed. Hopeless. ACSI doesn\'t mention it. We moved on to the next nearest site at camping Des Rochers des Parcs which didn\'t close all day. Makes me think they can be bothered but other site can\'t

Stayed for 1 night before getting the ferry home. Found there to be more to the area than we realised so will definitely be returning for a longer stay. We arrived as the site was in the middle of a major refurbishment and, having only a temporary portacabin style toilet could only give 1 star. BUT the new facility looks excellent. The shower block and wash basin areas were open and very good. It is straightforward to walk into the town where we found, to our surprise, different types of eateries open on a Sunday evening and a boulangerie which was open until 8pm.

Campsite terraced in the shadow of a chateau. 55km from Caen great for stopover after afternoon ferry.

Lovely peaceful site, well cared for and an easy stroll into Falaise. Good views of castle. Variety of shaded and unshaded pitches. New facilities with modern showers and toilets. Plenty of hot water. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Free WiFi in pleasant lounge with TV, etc

Brand new / totally refurbished toilet facilities are the best of any we have come across recently. Office hours are short but you can site yourself and register when the office opens. 10 minute walk to town centre with plenty of restaurants etc. and plenty of history as well as William the Conqueror\'s castle

What a wonderful find, lovely lady on reception very welcoming and helpful. The site is being upgraded and it’s spotless and well kept. The sanitation is almost finished and is very good quality. It’s a walk to the town a bit steep but well worth it to see the castle and museum. We’ll definitely come again and recommend to fellow campers.

Tried to get in 10th may only to find it closed completely for renovations. No indication on road signs. Very disappointed. Would expect acsi app to be up to date with this information so we could have avoided a long pointless drive. Hence low stars.

Beautiful setting. Site is lovely and quiet with hedges and trees marking out pitches. Staff very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Toilets and shower block rather tired and outdated but clean.
Nice cycle path nearby and chateau is lovely. Stayed for two nights and found it a nice, relaxing place.

Stayed 4 nights late August 2018. Nice quiet campsite. Toilet/showers could do with an upgrade, but kept very clean. Views of the chateau from most pitches. Short walk into the town with various shops. Would stay here again if in the area.
