Travelling party: Couple

Stopped 1 night late September but wish we had time to enjoy the site and surroundings longer. Facilities spotless and the whole experience although short was excellent. Why is this site only 3 star?

first time at this site... WOW never seen piches as large as this before, they are massive. the toilet block was spotlessly clean, remember to take your own paper as not provided...
a really nice touch is your bread is deliveried to your van each morning.. will certainly return

This is a super site, with what must be some of the biggest pitches I have ever seen! The toilet facilities are immaculate, and the owners are pleasant and helpful. The little bar area is very good, and the pool is fine.
The local town has basic facilities, with a couple of bars and restaurants, and a little supermarket. Local area is OK, but as we have a motorhome and cycle around when we are on site, I have to say, there are some challenging gradients. Brilliant site for caravanners!!!

Travelling party: Seniors

A lovely site in a pretty area. The English speaking Dutch owners were very friendly and helpful. The pitches, all grass, were massive! As usual we only intended to stay over night and stayed the weekend. Shall certainly return. Many thanks.

Nice site with good toilet facilities. Very friendly and helpful owner who cooked a meal the night were there which we enjoyed along with the company of six Dutch people, who all spoke excellent English!

Travelling party: Couple

As previous reviews have said this site is one of the best I have come across. Very large pitches with both sun and shade to choose from. A lot of them do slope so be warned but not all. Facilities are excellent, quiet and peaceful with a bar open all day, just ring the bell ! Little village down the road but not a lot there but the walk through the woods to it is great for dogs. This is one to revisit.

Travelling party: Couple

Fabulous site, exceptional facilities and very helpful staff. We stayed longer than planned. Pitch sizes very large and well maintained. Lovely walks from the site with pool and bar available serving meal options most nights. Will definitely recommend and return

The owners are hard-working and dedicated to making the visit to their campsite as pleasant as possible. They supply good enough maps for many lovely walks from the campsite which we thought was a bonus.
