Lovely campsite in natural landscape with marked out pitches. Located right on the lake, where you can swim. Also a nice area for walking and/or cycling. The pitches at the water are at a surcharge.

Travelling party: Couple

We usually only stop at ACSI sites with a grading of 8+ but this site was conveniently situated and we took a chance.What a pleasant surprise it was with a warm welcome and a super pitch on level gravel close to the first class toilets and showers. A strong (secure) WiFi was included in the price and we would highly recommend this site. We understand there is new management in charge hence the upgrade all round. Lovely town 15 minutes walk away and 9 mile flat cycle ride around the lake. Unable to grade food and drink,sports facilities or child friendliness as we didn’t use them.
