    Travelling party: Couple

    We were a little put off by the rather bohemian appearance of the site but we\'re immediately won over when we spoke to the owner. It was a bit random but although \"rustic\" it had everything you needed and the toilet facilities were clean with lovely hot showers. There are walks and cycle routes directly from the site. It\'s a lovely area and we enjoyed a beer in the bar after our days out walking. A lovely little site!

    Travelling party: Group of friends

    As others have commented if you want a perfectly pristine campsite this is not for you but I have to say that this type of site was refreshing and just as described. The bar area was welcoming and the staff were lovely. The washing and drying facilities were ok. We were here in October and it was dry. The chemical toilet was ok and the water pressure to fill was excellent. Electricity was 10amps so no problems. Overall an excellent two nights on a lovely site - thanks

    Travelling party: Seniors

    As has been already noted, this is primarily a working farm and then a campsite. If you dream of pristine, sterile campsites with groomed hedges and everything in neat, orderly rows this is probably not for you. However, Campingplatz Gerber has an appealing ramshackle charm which worked for us.
