Travelling party: Family with children <4 years

This is a lovely site, quiet with excellent facilities. We pitched next to the river with lots of space around us. The toilets, showers and washing facilities were all to a high standard. The site situation is lovely and beyond all the hustle and bustle of Lauterbrunnen although it does lose the sun early on account of the mountains. There are excellent paths, well signposted.

The site is in a stunning location - the best we have ever stayed in. It is family owned - the Ruttis work extremely hard to keep the facilities spotlessly clean. It is quite a small site which we prefer, so doesn't have sports facilities or a restaurant. There is a small shop for daily essentials.

Good site at the end of the Lauterbrunnen valley. Toilet facilities are very good.Spectacular views although the geography means sun arrives late in the morning and disappears early at night. Pitches near the river are a little stony. Much preferable and much cheaper than sites in Lauterbrunnen village. Only 10 minutes by car to Lauterbrunnen or regular bus service. Cable car station only 10 minutes walk.

excellent location by fast running river.
easy bike tracks to Lauterbrunnen 6km away and many more difficult tracks up the valley.
well placed for numerous excellent varied hiking routes

Small campground with fairly small tent pitches but fantastic location at the end of Lauterbrunnen Valley with superb views of several seasonal waterfalls. Very quiet, dog-friendly, and clean. Pricing was a bit confusing. We would definitely stay again.

Super mooie omgeving. Basis levensmiddelen zijn verkrijgbaar, brood goed vers. Aardige beheerders.
