Very well-maintained grounds with two completely renovated toilet blocks. Surprisingly large meadows for relaxing by a beautiful pool with little groups of trees. Very suitable for a visit to Valencia. Bus stop in front of the campsite with a bus every half hour. Renovated bar and restaurant. New mini golf court.
Extra discount: 7=6 / 14=11

Well equipped site. Pitches in rows, some with shade. The pine woods over the road are great for walking and cycling however the nearest beach (40mins walk) isn\'t up to much. We cycled to Valencia one day and took the bus another, both fine. Cycle route is mostly on a dedicated cycle path, some in the pine woods.
This is a big site, more resort than campsite. It’s very family oriented, well used for functions and very popular with large groups of locals at the weekends. It’s a bustling and noisy site, therefore if peace and tranquillity are your thing, you might not enjoy it at weekends and/or in the high season. If noise doesn’t bother you and you have kids, you’ll probably love it as it’s got a lot to offer. Nice pool, well stocked shop, restaurant (expensive), snack bar and various activities for kids including a pet zoo and horse riding. Pitches are mainly gravel, a good size, most don’t have much privacy and many have artificial shade with plenty of clearance to park beneath. The site isn’t particularly motorhome friendly. I couldn’t find a grey water dump or accessible standpipe to fill up the water tank. However, if any of the pitches on the far side are vacant, they do have water taps and you might be lucky and use one of those. Free wifi, but for us it only worked slowly near reception and was non-existent at the pitch. There is a boat trip to the lake that operates from the canal at the rear of the site, but unfortunately no information is provided about when the trips operate. We didn’t experience any of the mosquito or fly problems mentioned by other reviewers. Sanitation is good and showers are excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. I’d recommend getting off site for a bit of tranquillity and walking through the woods (opposite campsite entrance) and nature reserve to the unspoilt beach - about 20 mins via sandy paths.
This is good location for visiting Valencia, about 25 mins by direct bus from the campsite gate. Valencia is a lovely city. I’d recommend visiting the old town, having lunch there, then walking along what was the bed of a diverted river (now gardens) to the impressive futuristic buildings at the City of Arts and Sciences - a great day out.
Fue una estancia inolvidable, lo único que creo que hace falta algún edificio de baños más, son pocos. Hay dos edificios de baños totalmente renovados y otros 2 no y las comparaciones son odiosas
Campsite excellent the only thing I can criticise is there are no standpipes for water anywhere, you have to walk to the car park by the road for water
Arrived yesterday leaving today, we were going to stay for 5 days but awful place near River thousands of bighting gnats, one night more than enough, only water supply near reception long walk from section B, shower block is OK but still full of gnats
Stayed a this site primarily to access Valencia. The site has a bus stop across the road from the site entrance and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Enjoyed Valencia very much, lovely atmosphere in build up of Fallas festival, fireworks at 2 pm were fun and loud! Enjoyed cycling around pine trees and beach. Part of cycle track is closed off near the site as water pipes are being installed for fire brigade. But not far to cycle further up for access to tracks etc. Also enjoyed a lake boat trip from the site. Very good value. Toilet and showers excellent cleaned often, loads of hot water and plenty of sinks, loos and showers available, some of best we’ve had on our journey of about 6 weeks. Some building noise as they are making mprovements on the recreational part of the site; apart from one day it wasn’t disturbing. No stand pipes for fresh water, this is available at toilets and washing up area which is a bit strange. Pitches were good size, partitioning shrubs are growing and will give more separation between pitches. Staff were very good, helpful. Provision of general information about things to do could be better. Like the the previous reviewer, we were very disappointed with the restaurant. Nice inside, very well presented waiters who were friendly. Very very expensive for both wine and food. Food ok but certainly didn’t warrant price. A bit surprised that the restaurant has gone for ‘high end’ pricing at a holiday park/camp site (with no other choice available). There was a pizza place next door but not open at this time of year.
As someone else said this is a camp site not the Ritz, we found the reception staff spoke lovely English, and we're very friendly and helpful, the pitches, we found wear big enough and easy to get in and out of, the toilet blocks were very good, with loads of hot water, and cleaned at least twice a day, two out of the three were open but the site was only half full, the petting zoo was being rebuilt so we did get some construction noise, but they didn't start till 9:00 in the morning and they have to do upgrades/ repairs sometime, so I wouldn't knock them for it, we took the motor home into the outskirts of Valencia near the college of art, we then unloaded the bikes and rode through the park to the centre on the city, this is a must as it is our highlight of our holiday so far and we have been away 6 weeks,, the beach seems more than 400 or so metres, that's been quoted, it's over sand dunes and between bushes, quite a hike, now for the bad bits, at the weekend there was an influx of Spanish families so it seemed busy and noise till midnight Friday And Saturday nights, the restaurant was very very expensive and we found the food not up to the standard not counting the price, we had to send both our main courses back, so to sum up fabulous site and city but I wouldn't use the restaurant, we will be back, and would go out of our way to do so..
Very well maintained toilet block. Site is quite spacious but pitches not really picturesque however good shade was provided.
Swimming pool and other areas ver well presented.
Excellent feature was the sunset trip on the boat around the lake.
Bus to Valencia was very easy and Valencia a great city with lots to f varied architecture. Also great cycling from the site.
We visited this site to commute to Valencia. This site has exceeded all our expectations after reading some of the negative comments previously. Let me start by saying there was no road noise, no barking dogs and the toilets and showers were excellent .This is camping people not the ritz. On arriving we were asked to choose a pitch and afterwards given a key fob for the gate and 2 wristbands for access to various facilities, pool, shops etc for a deposit. The chosen pitch was very large, we have a 6.5 metre motorhome but could accomadate up to 8m at least with adequate height to the shades also. Friendly helpful staff gave us a map of Valencia and a bus information timetable which made the commute there and back very easy. We have put this on our list of favourite campsites would recommend and will call in again.
We stayed here in June to visit Valencia and the bus stop is right opposite the site. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant each night and the staff were charming. The toilet facilities are first class and there is plenty to do on site for all the family. The site organises an evening boat trip on the lake to see the wildlife and sunset and this is well worth doing. We would definitely stop here again.
