Campsite Bonterra Park is a campsite with 310 touring pitches. During low season, between 01-03-2019 - 16-04-2019, 05-05-2019 - 14-06-2019 and 10-09-2019 - 31-12-2019, the nightly rate is €20,- at one of the 310 touring pitches at Campsite Bonterra Park in Benicassim (Castellón).
Beautiful and large campsite at 300 metres from a lovely sandy beach in a charming town. Good toilet facilities. Swimming pools, one is covered and heated. Pitches with sun and shade, marked out by hedges. Hiking and cycling opportunities, e.g. over former railway line, a Via Verde, to Castellon and Oropesa. The 'Desert de les Palmes' is also recommended.

we stayed on this site in October for 4 weeks because we had booked with cc club. it was so good here we left 5 days early. The majority of staff in reception are really helpful and friendly whilst we found a couple with that why are you here attitude. The toilets and showers are clean but fast becoming dated with some showers not draining correctly. A lot of the pitches are cramped giving that ghetto feeling in places. The site is well placed with a supermarket across the road and the town a few minuets walk away. O site is a restaurant which is well priced and caters for the british. This site is full of people who have turned this site into little England arriving in September and leaving in the spring expecting everyone to speak English whilst making no attempt to speak the local language. If you like fish and chips bingo and 3rd rate entertainment then this place is for you . as one person told me it was a good site until the British started arriving in droves with their 2meter satalite dishes and little England mentality. If all these things are for you ; you will be very happy here however we would not return.
very good position for a camp site, easy walk to town and beach, and bus into castellon is handy .to get the only down that I have come across, is fellow campers putting there cars on a pitch to save for friends,
Animation Staff were very good, particularly on organised Cycle rides. Friendly & punctual.
Reception staff were accommodating when wanting to change pitches.
A wonderful site, exceptionally clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Lots to do.
Revisited as so impressed last year. Did not disappoint. Outdoor pool open, indoor pool open then closed for cleaning. Good wifi but a bit expensive. Well maintained tennis court but over 4 euros per hour. 4 boules rinks. Very good value happy hour 4 - 6 in bar. Supermarket opposite site and town an easy walk or cycle. Lovely prom with huge beach. Cycle path to Castellon and in the other direction Oropesa. Thoroughly recommended.
Brilliant site. Extremely convenient, close to town, beach very good bars and restaurants. All very reasonably priced. Includes wonderful Spanish food. People very cheerful, helpful, and willing to understand and attempt to speak English.
Not worth 18 euro per night: dated toilet blocks, welcoming reception staff, Benicassim a little dead in winter.
Enjoyed our time at this excellently located campsite. We will definitely come back again. Just a short walk from both the town and the beach, with great facilities. The only criticism, which is common to most campsites here in Spain, is the poor/intermittent WIFI signal. This is just not on nowadays, particularly at the prices they are charging for access to the internet.
Excellent site particularly for location. Close to shops, beach, town and well marked cycle tracks. Very good restaurants on pretty promenade. Easy cycle into interesting city of Castellon. Signposted walks in the hills. We will return next spring for a longer stay. Only problem on site was lack of potable water near to pitch.
A very popular site. Clean and tidy. We visited in April and it was quite full. We were told that if we wanted one of the better pitches we would have to book for a week and pay upfront. We decided to just give it a try and stay for a couple of nights. We were given a decent pitch at the back of the site close to the back exit that opened onto the excellent cycle track. The majority of campers were english, presumably there was a ccc rally on. I can see why this is popular with brits but I personally wouldn't go back as I like to feel as if I'm in Spain and we're not into the 'happy hour' and bingo culture. Also wasn't too impressed with one or two brits who became noisy in the bar. However don't be put off by my comments as more than likely this was just a one off experience.
