Lovely freindly site, beautiful town. All site amenities exceptionally clean and well cared for.
This seaside town is steeped in history, the Villas on the promanade are worth seeing and the notices about to the history and interesting read.
Didn\'t know priormto booking but Bencassim was holding a Flamenco celebration, we had a wonderful day in the town watching the local dancers and listening to the local groups playing.
There is also a supermarket directly opposite the site.
Will definitely visit again.
A very busy but organised and friendly site; we were there during e fiesta which provided extra entertainment ( and some noise).
Site located In a pleasant residential area with ver handy supermarkets a small walk across the road.
Great cycling along the Via Verdi ( both ways) and also along the sea front to Castillo.
This was our 4th visit and previously we loved the experience, However on this visit it was very busy and we landed on a tiny pitch which we later found out was allocated for tents. It was similar to being on a motorhome Aire except twice the price! We booked for 3 nights but left after one. The dog walk area at the rear is now padlocked, although the girl in reception took my deposit for the key unaware that this was the case. This used to be one of our highlights because our dog got to wander free. Several signs telling dog owners that their dog can\'t pee on site. Anyone wanting to share hints on how this can be done? Either you are a dog friendly site or you\'re not.
We were booked to stay at this campsite again this year and had paid a substantial deposit to the campsite for our forthcoming visit. Because of unforeseen circumstances, we are having to shorten our trip and will not be able to stay at Bonterra Park. We sent them an email giving 5 days notice of curtailment and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, on ringing them up because we had not had a reply to this email, they told us they do not make refunds. They expect us to rebook with them. But we are not coming back to Spain this year, and we do not know if we are returning next year. We are very disappointed that they cannot see fit to refund, when this site will not book pitches in advance. and so can accommodate plenty of campers at any time. Please be advised avoid paying deposits if your plans can change. It is a shame because otherwise the campsite is clean and tidy, but with small pitches good facilities. We feel this is an unethical way of going about this on such a busy site.
first time at this site and great experience. Very near town, beach and supermarket. cycle path at rear of site goes all the way to next village with fantastic views. Only had a couple of meals at restaurant and they were fine. definitely come back to this site
Swimming pool is too deep for little children.
A bit noisy over the Easter weekend.
Bungalows are excellent for families with young children.
Lovely cycle route.
Toilets are cleaned often, very good.
Very friendly and we\'ll appointed site. It\'s winter time and the site is very full and some pitches are tight for big vans.
Used the swimming pool and was ill afterwards. Staff in office very good. Nice large pitch, trees and bushes well pruned
Site very clean.
Overall just about the best site we have stayed at and we have stayed at a lot. Easy walk to nice Spanish town and lovely sandy beach, large supermarket over the road. The best of internet access and great pool winter and summer. Restaurant is good enough and staff are great. The shower/toilet facilities are clean and great. My only note of caution is that some of the pitches are a little small if you are in a van without motor mover. Very nice place to overwinter.
We stayed for 1 month (Nov), great site, the town of Benicasim is a gem, wonderful promenade and beach. Cycling heaven. Able to rent satellite connection for full UK TV. Quiz night, full fitness programme, happy hour, and much more overwinter period. Looking forward to return in January.
