Stayed 9 nights The best all round camp site so far.
Very nice reception. Flat single pitches, not too many overhanging trees. Very good shower blocks cubical's roomy with plenty of hot water. Good washing up sinks.
Very good cycling with well laid out cycle routes, not far from supermarkets, very attractive town. Cheap diesel & LPG locally, washing machines 3.50 euros.
If coming from south don't come off the 332 too early. Good Local Market Thursday.
Excellent in all our ways.
We stopped here twice for 10 days each time, 2nd time was after heavy rains which caused flooding in other sites but not here although we had some torrential downpours there was no flooding here. Staff were very helpful and friendly as were other campers of all nationalities, great market on a Thursday uphill in the old town, take your shopping bags, no need for bikes, nice tapas bars restaurants and kicked mal so an Iceland close by, for a nice sandy beach and more touristy flavour a longer walk or cycle ride turn right along the beach road. Very popular site and fills up so perhaps phone ahead ,we headed for lidle on our 2nd time here to avoid the narrow rougher road in, then down Liverpool st .
Lovely site, level hard standing pitches. Showers and loo's very clean and tidy abundance of hot water, dish washing area clean.. Bike lane into town centre. Shops near by. Play area for children. Swimming pool is a good size, (pool has a lifeguard). Sun loungers in pool area. Restaurant wasn't open during our stay. Nor was there any entertainment so I can't comment on those.
We will return here in the further.
Excellent campsite, facilities and site itself pristine. Electric on pitches, water at fountains, grey waste at a disposal point ( bit far from our pitch). Wifi good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Have presently returned home and wishing I had stayed another month.
Will return next year for much longer, great site.
The best camp sit we have had the experience to have stayed in over the winter period of 3 months
We've been here twice as its a lovely area. site has excellent facilities. wifi is a bit hit and miss, brilliant cycling around the area. long termers are standoffish.
Friendly, helpful reception. Level gravel pitches demarcated by poles holding netting for shade. Open aspect added to friendliness of campers, many of whom stay for extended periods. Very nice attended pool & bar area but no shop. Plenty of local supermarkets nearby. Surprisingly little noise at start of fiesta in June. Follow campsite directions to site, ignore Satnav! Lovely area to visit.
My wife and I arrived at this site without booking, planning to stay for 7 nights. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We selected our own pitch and found it was tidy and a good size for out tent, trailer and car. We also erected gazebo. We were disappointed to find that the bar/restaurant was closed for repairs although the pool was open and one of the best we\'ve seen. The site itself was very tidy and the showers/toilets etc were immaculate. There is no privacy between pitches. Unfortunately we only stayed for 2 nights as the weather was very bad so we made a dash for home. If the bar had been open we would probably have stayed as there are no bars just outside the site. The site itself appears to be in this middle of a small industrial area which was a surprise. Javea is very attractive and is the reason we will probably return to the area at some point. As a resident in Spain I must say that the bars restaurants in Javea do seem to be expensive.
Access is easy when you follow the orange signs and use the road called Liverpool. Garmin doesn\'t yet know some others are one-way.
Lovely site, pool has lifeguard; not open when he\'s not there. Pleasant walk to the Old Town where there are some good restaurants.
