We stayed 2 nights in our motorhome. Friendly, helpful reception. We were able to pick our own pitch. All pitches are same price with ACSI card. This is a large site surrounded by orange groves, but also busy roads and industrial units which made leaving the site less than pleasant. We walked to the old town, harbour and along the seafront. Ran along the seafront via El Arenal. We had a good value meal in the on-site restaurant
Very tight pitches, difficult to manuever onto but okay once parked. Situated amongst orange groves, very close walking distance to Lidl, Mercadona etc. Javea has very stony beaches but El Arenal area better.
Toilet/shower facilities excellent also washing up etc all good. WiFi paid but worth it. Would stay here again. Bar happy hour good .
Great campsite except for too many dogs and irresponsible owners who allow them to poo anywhere. OK they usually pick it up but isn’t pleasant when they do it on your pitch right in front of you. Some idiots feed the cats which are vermin.
Access is easy when you follow the orange signs and use the road called Liverpool. Garmin doesn\'t yet know some others are one-way.
Lovely site, pool has lifeguard; not open when he\'s not there. Pleasant walk to the Old Town where there are some good restaurants.
As mentioned before the pitches are a bit small, but you can pay more for the larger plots. Really good swimming pool with separate kids area. At the time of our stay the restaurant was closed due maintenance work. About 10 minute walk to nearest supermarket (Lidl) and about 25 minute walk to the beach and to the harbour, really need a bike.
Toilet and showers are good and kept very clean. Staff at reception very helpful.
This should be a lovely site, but two days after we arrived they closed the bar and restaurant to replace the roof, it opened 3 days before we left roof not finished and they started work again without closing the bar etc. So why couldn’t they do this in the first place. What’s the point of have an excellent swimming pool if it is only open between 12 pm and 6 pm ( we were rarely onsite during these hours) we also had many lost nights sleep due to dogs barking in grounds of house behind site and the dogs in the nearby shelter. The only plus points to this campsite is the excellent and immaculate toilet facilities.
My wife and I arrived at this site without booking, planning to stay for 7 nights. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We selected our own pitch and found it was tidy and a good size for out tent, trailer and car. We also erected gazebo. We were disappointed to find that the bar/restaurant was closed for repairs although the pool was open and one of the best we\'ve seen. The site itself was very tidy and the showers/toilets etc were immaculate. There is no privacy between pitches. Unfortunately we only stayed for 2 nights as the weather was very bad so we made a dash for home. If the bar had been open we would probably have stayed as there are no bars just outside the site. The site itself appears to be in this middle of a small industrial area which was a surprise. Javea is very attractive and is the reason we will probably return to the area at some point. As a resident in Spain I must say that the bars restaurants in Javea do seem to be expensive.
Two years since last visit. Nothing seems to have changed. Pleasant site spoiled by the insessant barking of numerous dogs all night, every night in the adjacent orange groves and the nearby dogs home. Take your earplugs and enjoy it.
Muy tranquilo personal muy amable y zonas comerciales cerca y el centro playa
Everything that has been said before... BUT the smaller pitches are so small they are barely fit for purpose for even a modestly-sized m’home. Such a shame.
