We had emailed the site previously through the ACSI App and when we arrived we were booked in very efficiently and given our pitch number. As our motorhome is 8mtrs we had to have what is known in low season as a Gold pitch which in fact is 2 pitches which gave us lots of space. There is an outside sink with cold running water on each pitch which is ideal for washing up or cleaning veg etc. The pitches are divided by small bushes and defining trees. The toilets by the bar/reception are very dated but kept very clean and the toilets in the middle of the site are brand new with plenty of showers, WC\'s and washbasins, plenty of hot water and not push button. there is a good laundrette. The location of the site is close to the cycle path and close to the beach taking 5 mins to cycle to the beach and 10 -15 mins into the centre of town. This is the 3rd generation who are now running the site and they are making an excellent job with nothing to much trouble, each week they are now doing a paella lunch which is home cooked and is great value. All in all and excellent site which we will return to.

Stayed here for a few weeks at end of season clean facilities, staff helpful and friendly. Pitched big enough for my 6.5m Moho. Good swimming pool and a 15 walk to the beach. Buses run frequently enough for a visit to town and many tapas bars and supermarket\\\'s. Easy bike rides on mostly flat cycle tracks. Will revisit later in the year .

Our 2nd visit to this sute and the improvements were obvious from last year. There is now a new toilet/shower block which is the best we,ve seen on any campsite. The reception were quick to point this out to us.There are now also some new chalets so less areas available for touring units.Ask for a key to the bottom gate to get yourselves to the beach quicker,15 minutes walk.A varied cafe/restaurant menu with cheap drinks available, jug of sangria €6 large cerveza €1,50.we,re on our 4th week and enjoyed every minute.Don,t expect a little britain like the other large site in town, this is used by locals which all adds to the experience for us.Their units are mostly moved offsite now(end of september) but had been onsite for the previous hot summer months. If you want a genuine friendly family site come here,if you want little britain go to bonterra park. Now our number 1 site

stayed for one night as a stop over.Staff were friendly.couldn\'t get food as they said it was only at weekends.Toilet block near us was poor and needs upgrading, there was another which is modern at the centre of the site which we weren\'t told about.90 per cent of site is permanent caravans/tents which looked a mess, nothing like the picture shown, pitches are all crammed in with hardly any space.Noise until midnight then at 7am,some pitches obviously used for local workmen etc.Pool was nice and the area seemed good.Work is on going to upgrade site.site is not for us and wouldn\'t use again...

We stayed here for two nights on our way South. We haven’t stayed on many Spanish sites so difficult to compare but the site is mostly permanent pitches with odd spaces in between.
Toilet and showers were very clean and one of the best showers we have used on a camp site.
We have a dog and couldn’t really find any grass for him.
Would recommend for a short stay but I wouldn’t want to stay too long.

So glad we called in here as we had met people who gave us negative information. It is a bit tight for parking a larger unit but double pitches are available if enquiries are made. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My wife enquired as to the availability of bread and milk on a sunday morning and was asked to call back in 10 minutes. She was given a freshly baked loaf of bread and a bottle of milk, a great response.Yes the showers and toliets are quite dated but they worked fine for us.A 10 minute walk gets you to the nice beach and restaurants which in my view are better this end of town.A short distance away is a cycle track into the main town and lidl/burger king and a mercadona. This is a small but very friendly site we intended stopping for 2 days but like a lot of others we talked to onsite stopped longer. We stayed for a week ,wish we stopped another.

Most of the staff were found welcoming and very helpful. We found the showers although kept clean, they are desperately in need of improvement. The area has a lot to offer for walkers and cyclist. Shops and cafe close by. Bus stops within 100 m. Some pitches next to the road are subject to noise. Some road turns need care for larger vehicles as main campsite ring road has very tight turns. Motorhome service point diificult to access. Although pitches have access to sinks for drainage and some threaded taps at some sinks for water tank filling. Pitches about 50% very slightly sloping needing levelling ramps. 2 pin plug for electric on each pitch.

We have never been to a friendlier site! James, Pura and Paco made our stay welcoming.
Great cycling, great Market on a Thursday and Mercadona and Lidl are a bike ride away.
A lot of refurbishments are underway too.
James does a fab paella on Thursdays, Paco takes you to their orange groves and Pura does Spanish lessons. Again, a great site....and thankyou

The site is a 15 minute cycle from the centre of Benicassim along a safe cycle way, 3 minutes from the beach and 45 minutes from Castellon Port. There is a small shop within 200m selling local produce and delicatessen goods. There are two restaurants within 200m, frequented by the local Spanish residents, serving very local and excellent tasting dishes. The site restaurant was open for drinks but closed for food during our stay. There were a number of activities such as wine tasting, orange picking, paella lunches laid on with Spanish lessons and local cooking lessons being planned for the future. Within 15minute cycle there is a choice of supermarkets - Mercadona, Lidl, Consume. There is a bus stop immediately outside of the site entrance. Heading in all directions there are some great, and easy, cycle rides. The site owners, now in the hands of the third generation, are the most welcoming we have come across. There is a real focus on customer service aimed at making your stay special. Pitches are delineated with trees, which have been trimmed to make access easier, unusually each pitch has a wash basin and running water. Parts of the site are a little tired however whilst we were there a small team had commenced a renovation and maintenance programme. We would definitely recommend and have already booked a return stay.
