I can recommend the destination of Moraira as it\'s a pretty town with lots to interest you, a nice beach and a good market on Friday. Sadly, there is only this campsite to stay at and the experience here was not great. Arrived when site was half full and not allowed to pitch our Eriba caravan on tge reasonable pitches, instead being offered to squeeze in sideways between two other camping vans or pitch that was little more than a verge on side of one of the service roadways. Some tight corners at ends of service roads resulted in one caravanner scratching my car as they swung around the corner. Men\'s facilities in need of significant maintenance as urinals had clearly been out of order for some time and only 3 of the 7 toilets were in working order. Hate to think what would have happened if the site had been full. Would we go again - possibly, but only for a few days midweek and certainly not in high season.

Great place , walking distance to small town with beach and restaurants/bars. Facilities good, hot water etc. Not recommended for those with dogs as no where near to walk and no grass at all on the site. We only stayed one night as we have 2 dogs but would recommend the site to non doggy peeps.

Some work has gone on since our last stay here a year ago but much more could be done! The site is set on a hillside with beautiful views over the bay in the distance. There are far too many trees on the site and it is mostly shaded. The trees make it difficult to get larger rigs into place. the bathroom facilities appear as if someone tried very hard in the eighties to make spectacular, bespoke marble showers and wash basins urinals etc but tragically failed! You need to see it to understand! In the two stays here (both in low season) the bar and restaurant have been closed. The WiFi is a joke even when you can get a strong signal the internet is rarely available. There is nowhere on or near the site to exercise dogs (very important to me).
On the plus side it is just a short walk down the hill to many bars and restaurants!

Quite an unusual site. The toilet block is very arty farty but not very practical. No sinks that you can actually wash in, lack of space to put your bits when showering. The actual showers are superb with plenty of hot water. This is not a child friendly site as there are no facilities for them. The pool area has very little sunbathing space, the restaurant, bar & jacuzzi were all closed. Some of the pitches have water & drainage which is nice. The 2 young ladies who run the site were both very efficient & helpful. The town is excellent with a nice, albeit small beach & plenty of good restaurants.

Stayed 5 nights in October. Great views from most pitches on the Sita and lovely beaches. A very nice town with good walking.

A very scenic area to explore.
A good variety of restaurants within walking distance.

A nice site in the lovely town of moraira. It was just opening up when we arrived so bar, restaurant and pool not open. Lots to do in the area and great choice of restaurants- we loved les Fouges!
Site is terraced and whilst lots of good views it was difficult to access some pitches - and it’s not designed with large campers in mind. Helpful staff and good shower/ toilet facilities.

We stayed for two nights in January 2020. The site was pleasant and very quiet. Toilets and showers very good. Nice walk down to the town or beach. Return walk up hill requires reasonable fitness. Nice sea view from site. Staff very friendly.

By and large we have enjoyed the last 6 days on this site. It is a terraced site with lovely views across the top of the neighbouring houses of Moraira Bay. It is within easy walking distance to get to an assortment of Restaurants and Bars but perhaps not so easy coming back up the sloping road. It will depend on how much wine you enjoy with the meal. Moraira town is within walking distance but probably not in the heat of July and August at 1.5kms. Driving, 5 minutes at 2 kms.

The site itself is reasonably well maintained but appeared to lack good management with few broken things and junk about. However the shower/loo blocks were clean and fairly well maintained. Only once did I have to point out at reception that there no loo rolls in any of the toilets but this was quickly remedied and, in fairness, it was after a very busy weekend with the site full of very nice Spanish people. The site must have been at its “New Norm” maximum. The star of the infrastructure has got to be the showers with plenty, plenty of good hot water whatever time of day. The downside, whilst the aesthetic value was dated with old marble it wasn’t derogatory to the functioning but it lacked some TLC. Small items needed replacing and bringing up to date which probably would not cost a fortune to do but enhance the visit no end. Whoever the manager is, he or she should take a long hard look at what the customer sees. An example, was the tap on the chemical loo disposal whilst worn out, it did the job but only just and soaked me in the process!

The pitches are small but took our 6m Hobby caravan and sun shade with no problem but the downside is if your car won’t fit on the smallish pitches you either have to pay for parking by the entrance of the site or, for free, in the residential road outside. We choose the later. If you get the right pitch the shade is good and there are several which have this advantage. Water and electric are all accessible easily from the pitches. The main gates to the site are closed at night but I never noticed them locked.

The staff and management. The management is lacking because of all the small minor problems BUT the female reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and this is with a background of coping with all the “New Norm” rules that have had to be introduced. The only small tussle we had was they appeared not to like to honour the ACSI rate for 5 of our 6 night stay at first only offering 2 nights whilst ACSI showed the 5. This was resolved amicably by the receptionist, Alba, but left a bad taste for a small while.

The pool is good but showing small signs of lack of care. The bar was closed whilst we were there but what we could se of it looked very acceptable. Opening 15th July.

The acid test of all these reviews is “will we return”. Most definitely “yes” because the negatives where out weighed by the positives considerably. Overall, a happy experience.
Conducir, 5 minutos a 2 kms.

A nice site with helpful staff, good beach, great variety of restaurants and lovely surroundings. Take care if your sat nav tries to send you through the golf course to get there - ours did and it was almost a disaster! We have a 7m Camper and trailer with small car and it took us through the houses with a very sharp left turn - avoid at all costs! It was a shame the bar and restaurant were closed over the Easter period but plenty within a short walk. Not the easiest site for access particularly for larger campers, layout poorly designed which makes it hard work to access the pitches, would be a nightmare if site was full !

Reception was really friendly and helpful. Toilet blocks were excellent and the bar /restaurant offered good meals and tapas. it's about a 15 minute walk down to the bars and restaurants near the port. Good views from the terraced pitches which possibly would be difficult to access if you had a large unit. Highly recommended.
