On arrival at this site I was impressed, It was clean and the Restaurant was good. Reception was very friendly. They asked my length of stay, I told them 3 days.I was issued with a site plan and entered the site which was mostly bungalows. The roads were tarmac and the site was immaculate. When I reached the area reserved for caravans , at the furthest end of the site, I was shocked . The road became a cinder track and led into what I can only describe as a piece of waste land. The ground was uneven full of ruts and holes . The parking for vehicles in the main site was better than the the ground hired to park the caravan. There was no drinking water, there was a sink with a notice saying water non portable. My site plan did not show where I could obtain fresh water and after searching for some time I found it outside the new sanitary block which was some distance from the camping area. The camping area had it\'s own sanitary provisions a male and female toilet block each consisting of 3 toilets and 3 showers . The showers were so small that you could not even take your towel in with you. A bench was outside the showers to put cloths, towels on etc. This was in full view of anyone else showering , there was no privacy.. Obviously this toilet block does not have to be used as you could go to the very nice toilet that was on site but as previously stated this was someway from the camping area. I was really disappointed with this camping site. I cannot Imagine that your inspector of this site was a caravaner.. He either arrived in a Motorhome with all his on board facilities or did not get much further than the Restaurant . I have never complained about a caravan site before but on this occasion to allow others to experience such poor conditions is not to my mind acceptable. On leaving after one night and voicing my complaints to the staff, who did not seem that interested they had the audacity ask me which campsite I would be going to next.

If it is raining, very muddy, stay away.
If there is a Spanish fiesta stay away.
Staff do not speak any English and won't even try.

We went to the site in May and it was about 30 degrees. There was no shade as the trees are so small and at this time the pool is shut. It is VERY hot in this desert area so we were surprised the pool was not open as its always hot there. There are inadequate directions to the site so it is very hard to find. Around the site there is NOTHING so you are marooned in an area with nothing to do unless you want to drive a fair distance. The ground of the pitches is mainly dirt as there is not much grass and the pitches are pretty small. We have a VW camper and awning and just fit in it! Not much to say about this site - stop there for a night but I wouldnt stay there much longer.

Disappointing campsite. Receptionist not very friendly. Pool still empty on 26th May, although advertised as open from 15th May. Altough new, the site appeared unkempt, except for the toilet facilities which were excellent.

We have overnighted twice here now and would not recommend it to anybody. We were here this week and the previously mentioned problems of the stench of sewage, terrible biting flies or mosquitos, rough pitches and poor or non existent internet were all evident. The pool, according to Acsi is open from the start of May, but was devoid of water in June. As mentioned by other reviewers, the road is busy and very close by the railway is close but not so bad. Unfortunately it is situated where there are few alternatives. The bar was not bad but was expensive (captive audience). David on the reception was not as bad as some have made him out and tried to help. The pitches are uneven and some could not be accessed with a motorhome as the rear of the vehicle would touch down on trying to enter the pitch.

What a great site, couldn't fault the facilities but what a shame about the smell of pigs. As a person that used to rear pigs I didn't find the smell too bad at first but the next morning the farmer was spreading the slurry on the fields well what a pong. The railway was close by along with the busy road but we hardly heard much noise from either. A good site for a one night stop over

Visit was early March 2017 Wifi did not work at all anywhere, showers had a wall heater in the entrance which came on via a motion sensor and immediatey went off again... no use at all
Shower was so cool that it felt warm when you came outside again! It is vastly overpriced against others. Restaurant didn't open until 8.00pm...
Will find an alternative next time for a one night stop.

Stayed here March 2017, wifi did not work anywhere on site, showers were cool, there is a heater on the wall worked by movement sensor but once you have passed it, it goes off, so no use at all. When you come out of the shower block, it feels warmer outside even early March. Restaurant did not open until 8.00pm. Too expensive compared with others.

Excellent toilet/shower facilities. Food shopping difficult out of season so bring plenty with you. Access to walking and cycling near site.
