Small campsite with an eye for detail. Situated quite high up, giving some of the pitches wonderful sea views (250 metres). Many small bays in the area. Good restaurant next to the campsite. No credit cards or debit cards in low season.

Great for dogs because across the road is a designated dog beach which is rocky and tricky for people to swim in but fine for dogs to cool down. Lovely staff and the site wasn\'t very busy at all so we selected our pitch -quite small but perfectly adequate and shady. The pool was good and right beside the little bar. An easy walk into Aguilas and it\'s lovely, well-kept beaches.
The last visit was our second visit, we liked it so much the first time we went back. The pool area and terrace bar were excellent, prices in the terrace cafeteria were good and the food was great. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English the toilet and shower block was kept very clean and tidy but was a little tired looking. All in all the site was very good, well worth the cost.
We have visited this campsite for many years. Very friendly and welcoming and we love the area. Unfortunately the toilet and shores facilities need a big upgrade. Doors need repairing, shower heads need cleaning and a good deep clean is needed. The facilities are dated. There also are more people on site with dogs who do not control them or clean up behind them despite the bins around the site. This is not fair on other campers or the staff that have to clean up behind them . We don\'t want this to spoil an otherwise lovely campsite.
Our pitch was long and narrow with no privacy from the campers next door, obviously it had previously been just for one outfit! Very busy and we felt they wanted us to leave asap so they could get someone on the pitch who was going to stay longer.
The men\'s showers have no hot water after 8.00 AM! The water seems to be heated by solar power and if you want to shower you have to get there early! Thus the site did not suit me. All pitches are very small. The location however is excellent for motor caravaners who can cycle both to the town and the local supermarket.
Spent two nights here 3 motorhome squeezed together in my opinion we would have been better staying 500m down the hill on the Aires more room . The site looked unkept showers and toilets not dirty but lacking a bit of t l call the pitches tight to get in and out off. Shop expensive. Will not be going back to this one in a hurry.
A previous posting is incorrect. We are on this small, very pleasant and friendly site at present. They certainly do accept ACSI discount card and they say they will continue to do in 2016.
We really enjoyed our stay at this site. There was a very good welcome and all the staff we came across were extremely helpful. They also managed quite a few languages well. The pitches here are pretty tight and when we arrived the site was fairly full. The facilities were good enough though the hot water was a bit variable. The coast road the site is great with good walking and Aguilas is a good town with enough of interest. We will probably try and return there for a longer break in the future.
This site is not allowing ACSI discount despite having an ACSI sign in the window and being on the ACSI website. The receptionist was adamant to me and another person checking at the same time. This site is lovely but very expensive and very misleading.
We stayed for 3 nights. ACSI card was accepted but we had to pay quite a lot of extras, i.e. extra electricity, trailer, extra dog etc and pay in cash! Although we found them very helpful, it just missed for us. The handles on all the toilet and shower doors were hanging off, the pitches were quite tight to manoevre onto but the view to the sea was lovely and you can walk to several beaches. It is on the outskirts of the town so you need a bicycle or car to get to Aguilas itself.
