A very tidy little campsite in a lovely position just across the road from the sea. The very nice beach is reached by steps down. Staff are always helpful and friendly. There is a small shop for emergencies, bread is pre ordered daily.
The pitches are very small, just room for a caravan and car or awning, not both. We have a largish tent and we had to tie the guys to the trees on one side. Even then there was no room for the car which was parked outside or on a vacant pitch. I would advise anyone with a large tent (more than 6 people) to find an alternative site. No hot water in the washing up area. Toilets were adequate and spotless.
We had an overnight stop over here. The campsite was lovely and quite. Across the road from a stretch of beach. The pitches are small and fit our small car and 2 person tent. They are grassy and easy to pitch into. Nice bbq area and bathrooms are cleaned regularly.
We liked this site. Very quite. Pitches could've been a bit bigger.
Will be back in the further. Staff very helpful and speak good English.
Bar & restaurant on site.
The site is located directly across the road from the beach. The access is quite tight the pitches rather small and tight to access so if you have a large motorhome or caravan it could be a problem. Once on pitch the facilities are good but not exceptional. The location is central for walking, cycling or driving small resort areas along the coast. It is quite rural and natural with small coves accessed down a few steps. Overall it is a great site for a few days particularly in good weather.
Spent a couple of nights here unfortunately the weather was not kind and so the beach was out of the question which was a shame as it's so close. Staff very friendly, food good eat in or takeaway. Little shop for fresh provisions, which was good as it is out on its own whIth just a few bars close. Only downside pitches are very small and close together, we were in campervan so ok but a lot of people seemed to struggle a little manoeuvring into place, well worth an overnight stay.
Just over the road from the beach which is clean and stretches for miles. Restaurant looked good and busy with customers. All pitches are hedged, but a couple maybe tight for larger vans. Would recommend this site and will likely return to explore northern Spain.
Really nice, if a little small. Perfect for an overnight stop over or few a few days if you were wanting to stop and take advantage of the surf. A lot of things are accessible from this campsite, by driving, walking, or cycling. The beach is just across the road and there are many beaches along the road this site is on with many different bars and restaurants, you are certainly spoilt for choice. The site alas wonderfully hot and powerful showers and is extremely clean. The pitches are a little on the small side but there is more than enough room and they are all very private being hedged enclosures. There is a lovely BBQ area in the centre and a very useful and sufficient washing area. The bar has live music on some nights and many Galician specialities, there was no music the night we stayed but I understand they are considerate to their guests and it finishes at a respectable hour for Spain
All in all a very pleasant site to stay at within the comforting sound of the sea
Smashing campsite; immaculately kept. Great value for money; beautiful beach just across the road; excellent reception staff; bar prices really reasonable.
Pitches are a little “tight” but well kept.
Showers / toilets clean and efficient.
A lovely little gem in a lovely part of Spain.
Stayed here for a couple of nights at start of trip in June 2015, lovely site and very friendly staff. We only moved on when weather changed, but made a point of calling in when we were on way home and were welcomed as old friends.
A lovely campsite, very friendly and helpful staff. Slightly elderly but spotlessly clean facilities. The pitches are a little cosy but surroundings, atmosphere and proximity to the beach make it a real find. We would happily return.
