Lovely site, toilets and showers very clean. Pitches are a good size and well kept. Very good position for visiting nearby Salou and Tarragona. Have looked at other sites around the area and this is the nicest. Would come again in a heart beat. Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Only down side we found was 2 out of the 3 shop assistants would benefit from a couple of days at charm school.
Lovely campsite. Excellent toilet block and showers brilliant. The ladies on reception were lovely and welcoming. The only downside was the noise of the concrete mixer etc at 8.30am onwards. Undergoing major works on roads and drainage.
Nice camping site. Very close to beach. Only problem is bad electroinstalation. We are not able to boil water in electric kettle...
Only intended staying 5 days but stayed 15. Great cycle paths right outside the campsite gates. Each just across the path from gates. Lots of trees around the pitches and had to request them to be trimmed as pitch was so dark.reception staff brilliant and really helpful.
If you want to travel on buses I recommend you get a bus card as much cheaper.
Only fault was we were there for Spanish National day which was a big mistake as lots of families moved in and it was very noisy but if you don't mind that the rest was great.
Free fitness centre and shop had most things and not too pricey. Lots of people stay for a long time for winter. Cambrils is a lovely small town with lots of good restaurants.
Lovely friendly site staff on reception extreme. Good pitches on the small side but lovely position to beach and good food and drink available, only thing we were going to stay more than the 4 nights we did, but were told the pitch we were on was booked after our 4 nights and we would have to move, but pitches difficult to get into in motorhome due to trees and low branches, but would stay again
This site is totally unsuitable for any caravan or motorhome over 6 metres. Time after time we watched large units struggling to get on pitches and trying to avoid all the dangerously low branches. The ACSI book says it is suitable for MH over 8metres but this is just wrong and should be corrected. Finally we were forced to leave when the site filled at weekend with noisy locals and the noise from the music in the pool bar became unsupportable.
A great pity as this site has a great location but we left after 4 days when we had been going to stay for 2 weeks.
Came for one night stayed for a week! Fabulous friendly site with access to the beach. Facilities clean and fresh. Two restaurants and mini-market on site. Small pool but with the beach adjacent no prob. Footpath/cycle path along seafront into Cambrils and Salou. All in all a delightful place to stay
Nice clean tidy site but manoeuvring onto pitches very difficult due to trees with low overhanging branches. Our van is 7.4 metres long. Good promenade for walking or cycling by sandy beach. Only stayed one night.
Excellent motor home stay on this site but tricky to get onto the pitches due to the trees but well worth it. Staff very helpful. Great cycling along promenade into Cambrils and if feeling fitter along to Salou. Stayed here a week and really enjoyed it.
We liked the walk to Cambrils which is lovely. Pitches very small and close. Overhanging tree could be a problem for some outfits. Looks like a lot happens in the summer. Loos etc ok but not wonderful. Cleaning could be better. Water on occassional "fountains" not easy if you use a hose or big container.
