This is a German run site and very efficient as you would expect. The toilet facilities on this site are exceptional. It has a very good restaurant and a surprisingly good small supermarket. Some of the pitches are on the small side, none of them particularly large, but adequate. A very popular site so can be quite crowded, lots of families when we were there at half term. The wifi is expensive at 15 euros per week, and even more expensive for shorter periods. But it works well.
It is next to a good beach but is a long way out of town, a 30 minute scenic walkor 20 minutes along the quiet road. We like St Pere Pescador, a small town but with plenty of bars and restaurants and the basic shops you need. The location is also good for exploring the coast and Girona/Figueres.
Nice site with roomy pitches and good cycling from the site. Facilities good and handy shop. Silly money for wifi
Just adequate pitches, but site gets very crowded June onwards. Very pleasant location near the beach. Toilet blocks probably some of the best in Spain. Staff friendly and helpful. Good area for cycling.
We have stayed at campsites all over Spain and France, this is one of the best site we have found, can\\\'t wait to go back in 2015.
Wonderful site, lovely staff who speak perfect English, full of local information and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant was wonderful with a three course meal for 11.95 euros.
We didn\'t arrive until 9:30 but the staff were still very welcoming and helpful. Incredibly (for this time of the year) the restaurant was still open and we enjoyed an excellent meal at reasonable prices.
The facilities are particularly excellent with showers that are hot and not on a time lapse which makes a pleasant change. Pitches are large and flat. Well worth returning to if we\'re in that area again.
An excellent campsite in all respects. The staff speak very good English and are very helpful. The shower and toilet facilities are also excellent and spotlessly clean. Access to the beach is directly from the campsite. The prices at the supermarket are reasonable and the selection is very good.
A loveley site with a superb location. Right on the beach close to a superb beach bar. An easy walk into town. There is also plenty of good cycling in the area.
The facilities are excellent and the restaurant is well worth a visit. And the there is the beach which is to die for. Would thoroughly recommend.
If you are looking for total beach chill out this is it. Our month here is not long enough. It can get very windy early on, but this encourages kite surfers so always something to watch on the long sandy beach. San Pere Pescador is a local town within a bike ride distance, it still retains its old world charm, not overwhelmed by all the tourists. There are a few nice local restaurants and bars. Large weekly market. If you want more glitz Roses or Figueras are a short car ride away. Alway busy in the ACSI season.
