Third visit. Love the area and this site. Having been before one can get a bit picky and tend to compare with previous years. Reception staff have always been excellent however we have problems pre booking a pitch which when we turned up had been reallocated, no apology given just a shrug. Entering the site the barrier closed on both car and then caravan. Had to move pitch after one night to get closer to our friends. Most pitches are fine although several have big trees centrally located and others are soft sand meaning regular tow outs with the resident tractor, so select your pitch carefully as not all reception staff know which are sandy or have trees! Since our previous visit the regularity of cleaning of facilities has reduced but they are still well kept. The site staff start work early and talk loudly to each other and the ‘leaf blower’ starts early meaning no lay ins! The local shops are excellent and the beach is as stunning as ever with warm seas. Cycling in the area has always been good but signage and track quality seems to have improved significantly. We will definitely return.

Excellent site that lives up to its good reviews. Very pleasant camping pitches with a choice of terraced or flat depending on which side of the road you camp. Very conscientious staff both on the gate, reception and maintenance staff. The shower block was spotless and unusually there were toilet seats, toilet paper and soap. Very relaxing place with easy access to a cove beach where there are seven restaurants and a supermarket. Easy access on cliff walk to the town. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for a week, our third visit. Will come back again as we like the beach, rocky cove and the town.

One of the best sites we have stayed in! We come back every year. Because it has everything thing we want close to a great beach with good snorkelling, restaurants supermarkets and great wine store all within easy walking distance. Hi

arrived to a lovely welcome. spoke great English at reception. pitches sandy and a tad small. other guests seem to use all Thier alotted space and then park Thier car on the road way making it hard for you to get onto and out of your pitch. tolets and showers spotless. we stayed two nights. and this site is on our list to return to. beach bay is to die for. only disappointing thing is the heated!!! pool. it\'s colder then I would like.

Great site helpful staff nothing too much trouble 7.5 metre Motorhome and car trailer arrived during busy weekend and had a choice of pitches available main swimming pool not open which was somewhat of a disappointment but smaller pool open and beach just down the road

Very friendly welcome from the reception staff. They all speak perfect English as well as other languages. The site is divided into two separate parts each with a swimming pool. Used the top swimming pool which has a stunning view of Roses Bay. We could pick our own pitch which was level & spacious. The toilet block was continuously being cleaned so was spotless. Roomy showers not push button. Toilets had seats, paper & soap for washing hands. Supermarket on site but another larger supermarket on way to beach which was very close. Lovely beach with a few restaurants surrounding the bay. Little train into L\'Scala only runs at the weekend from the middle of September. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our time there.

This is a very well maintained site, staff can always be seen working on the grounds or cleaning the sanitary blocks. Showers give continuous hot water rather than the “push button” ones. Reception staff are multi lingual, helpful and friendly. We have stayed here twice and prefer to camp on the higher plots due to their proximity to the pool and tennis court. These are good sized plots and accessible for larger units.
The nearby beach at Cala Montgó is a treat with its clear blue sea and there are a handful of bars and restaurants along the front. The campsite has its own small shop, with a larger independent shop a few yards away.
The town of L’Escala is a pleasant walk away, with the old town just a little further, both are well worth a visit.
This is an ideal location for motorhomers, like us, that only have cycles to get about.
This is one of our favourite sites and I can thoroughly recommend it.

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival allowed to choose own pitch, not many available as site was very nearly full. Found pitches to be small, would not have been able to put up our awning if staying longer than the two nights booked. Shower block although clean was infested with ants and had poor shower heads, plenty of hot water though. Pool overlooking Roses bay as seen in photo on ACSI website. This half of the site was overrun with children running around, riding bikes and scooters not under control of their parents.
