We arrived in early September and were disappointed to find the restaurant and pool closed. The campsite looked tired and well used with many permanent emplacements. The site is large and rambling with no marked pitches. It's a short walk to a lovely beach by a lake which was the redeeming feature. We only stayed one night.

Variable water temperature in shower.
no marked pitches made pitching difficult toilet building needs to be updated. Friendly helpful reception staff

Strange campsite. The reception staff were friendly and the camp has security barriers and looked at first sight OK. However once we progressed inwards it felt tired and probably relies quite heavily for income on permanent pitches judging by the number of faded tents and ageing caravans covered in pine needles and tarpaulins sprawling through the site. The ground is uneven and not terraced but we managed to pitch near the shower block with a view of the permanent cabins which were at least neat! You pitch where ever you like amongst the pine trees which meant the old tents and sinking caravans were jumbled depressingly beside the track we took on our walk to investigate the lake. The lake/reservoir is large and has pedalos for hire at some time in the year. They were stacked and shut when we were there. In fact not much was open barring reception. The pool was being worked on. The shop and restaurant firmly shut. The bar open but empty. Wifi access is poor even in the bar where it is supposed to work. The good side - reasonable showers (hot) and acceptably clean sanitary arrangements. We will not be returning.

This site is "tired". Loos and showers adequate but not good. Bar below average for Spanish standards (We live in Spain). Plenty of shade for the summer months under the pine trees but these can be difficult in the winter. Pitches not defined. However if you are into walking etc. then the site is ideal as it has it own private access to the beach of a very, very large reservoir in the forest so walking from the site to some beautiful countryside is easy. Locally there are some lovely small villages to explore.

We only stayed overnight -fortunately. No marked pitches. Difficult to find a level site. Lots of trees so little sunshine filtering through. Fir cones dropping on van roof not conducive to a good night's sleep! No hot water for showers, washing up. Bar dismal. A measure of wine was about 50ml. So called "supermarket" limited in choice and opening times. Staff not friendly. Free WiFi but only in outside bar area. This can be bit cool in the evenings. If you pay on arrival, make sure that you get a receipt. We will not stay here again.

Not very good out of season, i.e. September. Showers cool and no heating in toilet block even though the site is 1200 m above sea level. Shop etc all closed. Too many tall trees, no light, damp, dull. One nighter only.

Visited this site towards end of June with intention of staying 4 -5 nights but only stayed for 2. Couldn't wait to go! Uneven ground under trees - hard to access. No marked pitches so others parked up within a couple of metres of our van. Might be OK earlier in season but we will certainly not be visiting this site again.

The downside for this site is the lack of hot water in the showers and wash hand basins, the shop was shut and the restaurant closed. This was in early June and the site is probably geared for the high season which with the lake adjacent will make it a good site for water sports. However for out of season visitors it can only be rated as an emergency night halt.

Disappointed with this site: no hot water in the showers or wash hand basins, shop shut, restaurant shut, it appears that the site is geared to the main summer season. Toilet blocks however are modern but the lack of hot water has made me mark the site down. To those visiting in high season hopefully a decent site with a nearby lake for water activities but off season an emergency night halt only.
