This is a fantastic campsite and in a great location for exploring the park. The on-site restaurant is cheap and cheerful with a decent wine selection.

Pitches are relatively spacious, the toilets and showers were clean. Although you need to wear a swimming cap, the pool is great as is the surrounding pool area.

An extremely pleasant place to spend a few days. Wonderful views of the mountains. Nice walk/ride downhill to Potes but quite a climb on the way back up! Pool was out of action when we were here but was about to open and looked like it would be great. Staff incredibly helpful and pleasant. Spoke perfect English too.

Fabulous site set in beautiful surroundings. Excellent for walking. Very close to pretty Potes village with market on Mondays. Showers excellent hot and cold toilets have massive amount of loo paper. Restaurant cheaper but very good. Staff amazing and seem fluent in all languages. All pitches have fixed washing lines lots of sun and shade.Great place for bikers and walkers. Thoroughly recommend one of the best sites.
We arrived Sat eve early June and site was full but they gave us a spot by reception and we moved Sun am. May need to book

An excellent site in a beautiful setting surrounded by the Picos mountains. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were spotless. Good WiFi spot with covered seating.

This was an outstanding campsite. We stayed here three nights in the Campervan. Our pitch was perfect, with uninterrupted views of the snow capped mountains. Sitting in the sun outside the van we watched a hang glider moving across and over the peaks! Facilities were excellent. Wifi was available down near reception, in a covered area or at the bar. We walked in to Potes and enjoyed looking round the town. Many restaurants serve great menu of the day offers. We also visited the Pico Interpretation Centre which was very informative and interesting, Despite cloudy weather, we enjoyed a trip up Fuenta De in the cable car from Where Eagles Dare. We would return to this campsite very happily.

Lovely views especially from top pitches. Nice swimming pool. Helpful lady in reception who gave advice on where to walk. Very noisy at the weekend with Spanish weekenders. They cook and eat late (10:30 pm) and with the pitches being very close and small it can make for a very noisy evening. Good value basic meals in the bar. Handy shop on site.

Popular, smallish terraced campsite, the pitches with the best views of the amazing mountains are higher up the site. One large washblock with great showers and immaculate. Beautiful pool and good restaurant with three course meal of the day. Mainly medium sized pitches with reasonable access. Helpful English speaking staff and walking poles available for the adventurous. Longish walk into town and uphill all the way back.
Further up the hill past the site is the monastery and then follow the road to the end for fantastic views.
29km from Fuente De which should be visited early morning or late afternoon (weather dependent!) as very busy mid-day with 1-2 hour queues to go both up and down :(
The site is conveniently just outside of Potes, a very busy town with loads of bars and restaurants and which has a fair sized Lupo supermarket on the main road on the way in. A proper Petrol station is in Liebana 1.5km from Potes which seems to only have a roadside pump!

Lovely family run site and it showed. Very friendly informative staff who spoke good english, very clean facilities,plenty of hot water. Very large swimming pool. Pitches are on terraces and access is quite steep but no problem in our T2 campervan with Awning. Even off season it was quite busy so would suggest arrive early afternoon to get a good pitch. Very hilly area so walking trails was the order of the day rather than cycling. Potes itself is a very pretty , interesting town.The drive up the valley to the site is one of the best drives i've done with good winding road following the river and spectacular mountains on either side. We stayed 5 nights and will come back again if we are in the area.
