Travelling party: Couple

Disappointed at the lack of hot water at 18:30 in the showers - it's an easy thing to get right - the ablution blocks are clean. The campsite is neat and well laid out, the staff friendly on check-in. The chemical point for cassette toilet costs money each time.

single track road from Java, watch your mirrors, not suitable for motorhome. bar and restaurant closed, pool closed even though 30 degrees 4 October! place was deserted, toilets and showers good. would not return!

I agree with others that this is an excellent site. I’d had a minor prang with the van en-route and reception contacted a local garage where the owner spoke some English. He saw me there and then and had the part ready to fix the next day. Also excellent sign-posted walking routes from the site entrance. Large washing machines so excellent value. It’s just over a mile into the town (also a starting point for more walks) but there’s a supermarket on the main road by the campsite turn-off.

  • N260 from Ainsa direction Fiscal-Sabiñánigo. After ± 7 km take exit Boltaña. Between Poligono Troteras and Boltaña cross the bridge of the river towards Monasterio and campsite. Follow signs.
