Very friendly - just 15 mins walk to the beach ( though you can use a tunnel rather than walk by the roads - the tunnel is creepy and smells of pee !).
A bit noisy with traffic as next to main road - but good for an overnight - has a fab pool !!

The site was very quiet when we visited in June, just a handful of campers. It’s a nice enough site, the nearby A-7 is a bit noisy, but we’ve experienced worse. Nearby construction work is noisier. Lack of local barking dogs also helps to make the site more attractive. The sanitation blocks are fine, a bit tired but perfectly clean and functional. Showers are good, but water temperature is a bit variable. The heated swimming pool is delightful, a real oasis with plenty of shade and some loungers too. As other reviewers have commented, the site has plenty of lush vegetation including palm and banana trees. There is a good shop on site with all the essentials. Wifi sometimes slow, but better than most sites we stayed on in Spain. Pitches have variable shade and are mostly level or gently sloping - nothing some levelling blocks won’t fix. The Estepona to Marbella bus route (Linea 2) runs along the nearby A-7 with a service about every 30 mins. Estepona has a lovely beach, promenade and old town and flowers everywhere, literally thousands of them adorning every building in the old town. Definitely worth a visit.
The beach near the campsite is ok and there’s a nice bar, but getting to it involves crossing the busy A-7. You would be crazy to walk across 6 lanes of traffic and scale concrete barriers so look out for the little pedestrian tunnel, it’s very easy to miss and the rough path down to it is a bit overgrown and could be mistaken for a drain. It doesn’t look very appealing but it’s ok and provides a solution to what would otherwise be a long walk around. The bus stop (El Velerin) is about a 10min walk in the direction of Estepona. It’s not a nice walk along a scruffy path with traffic on the A7 thundering past you just the other side of a steel barrier. Overall, this is a perfectly good site for a few days stopover.

Just arrived at this site and was told by reception that it was 20€ per night with ACSI card. I pointed out that it was 17€ in the book but was told the price was not negotiable. We voted with our feet and left.

On arrival reception was busy, so staff broke off what they were doing to tell us to park up and walk to select a pitch. staff spoke excellent English and were always pleasant and helpful. The site is a small site with a mixture of camping and bungalows. The emplacements were a little small and some larger units would struggle with manoeuvring. The site is close to the A7 but road noise wasn\'t really an issue for us. The pool is heated and clean and is great for keeping fit. The site is a 10 minute walk to the beach where a board walk goes along the coast in both directions. There is a well stocked shop on site with a good selection of items. The restaurant TXEMA is excellent with a good menu and everything freshly prepared and cooked. it is good value for money. A second restaurant at the gate has a good reputation and is always busy with locals.
in conclusion a good campsite that I won\'t hesitate to visit in the future.

Stayed over new year, very pleasant. Was a nicely payed out site which felt quite tropical. Toilets and services were good. Was rather tricky getting across main road to get to beach, but once there, it was a beautiful walk along the front towards the east.

sorry to say that i was not in the least impressed overall, there is no where to get a coffee in the morning except by going to estapona by bus or taxi, sort of defeats the object,, the restaurant is extremely overpriced by comparison of the rest of places i have stayed in, i lived here for 6 years and even in a top class place never seen a steak priced. will not be returning here, and by the way it is extremely noisy as the autovia is about 50 meters away

Small site but very friendly. You will need a mover to pitch your caravan as access is narrow & pitches compact. Can be quite dusty but plenty of shade. WC facilities very good & clean, staff were very helpful & a pleasure to deal with. Perhaps not the best location but it worked for us. Ideal for visiting Gibraltar for a day which we did by car. The site staff arranged a day visit to Tangiers for us which was first class, we were picked up by luxury coach from outside the site with a great guide who accompanied us all day. An excellent all inclusive day - recommended.

A terraced site quite narrow site road to get onto sloping dirt pitches underneath trees. Good showers with hot water cold washing up water, 2 washing machines 5 euros. Free wifi.
Very restricted to get down to beach across A7 a very busy road & noisy. Not good for cycling steep hills going nowhere or very busy A7 into Estopona.
