We loved our stay here-sorry we hadn’t planned a longer stay. Our hosts were charming and most helpful. iIf this site was located elsewhere it could charge premium rated. The distance from Córdoba and the fast road outside (making cycling unsafe) were the only downside for us. We took the bus to Cordoba from outside the gate which took an hour each way but was well worth it. The views from the site over the beautiful roaming countryside are delightful.

Situation was lovely. Amongst olive fields and the bus to Córdoba outside the door. It took a while to get there but a lovely city. Swimming pool was excellent. Owner was lovely, other staff a bit abrupt. Paella on a Friday night was excellent but only meat option available. Restaurant shut Saturdays. Only fish/ meat option on Thursday night, no description. Wine very nice. If you are in a motorhome not a lot of options for walks/ shops. Very busy road and next village a long walk along the busy road. For a relaxing night or two, lovely.

Excellent communication throughout and a professional but friendly welcome.
Spotless campsite with good pitch layout, some with exceptional views. Pool looked very appealing but sadly too cold at this time of year.
Bus stops at the gate for Cordoba, a fantastic city.
The lovely owner, Matilda, puts her everything into this family run business.
Very highly recommended.

Beautiful little site (just 30 pitches) with far ranging views over the hills of olive groves. The facilities are deliberately rustic by design (moorish brickwork, gorgeous plants everywhere, all built round ancient gnarled olive trees), but they are anything but basic. A very friendly welcome from Matilde, the owner who ensures you have answers to all your questions, and more! A lovely little bar serving ice cold beers, wonderful sangria and paella meals (once a week, book). Bread and breakfasts served daily, and a very handy bus into Cordoba from right outside the gate. Apart from local bars and clinic in nearby village (1.5kms) the restaurant ‘Casa Ani’ serves beautiful meals at very reasonable prices. We came for 2 days and stayed 11. And we will come back. (Low score as no sports facilities on site). Only downside was nasty biting creatures from the surrounding olive trees, which made out first few days miserable until we got treatment from the clinic, and it was prudent to wear long leggings / sleeves in evening when sitting outside.

We stayed here on our back north and loved it. Matilda makes you so welcome. The toilets are small as is the site but spotlessly clean. You can order bread and although not a shop with much you can buy watermelon plus beer and wine which is good and cheap. We ate in the restaurant twice as the food was so good on the first night. A full menu with an excellent meat risotto with a bottle of wine and water was really cheap. The closest village is 1.5km with a small grocery but there is a Dia in Santaella 7km away. We cycled with our electric bike so and although busy felt perfectly safe. The pool is well kept. We will return.

A little gem of a campsite. The owner, Matilda, has a wealth of local knowledge and helped us plan some lovely days out. You just need to say what you’re interested in and Matilda will make some great suggestions. We also drove our campervan into Cordoba (about 30 minutes away) and parked for free outside the Primark (as recommended by Matilda). The campsite does suffer from some road noise from the farm and factory works in the nearby town, but it quietens down at night.

Very nice campsite, lovely setting but there is traffic noise which is unfortunate. Bus to Córdoba stops outside check times because of Covid. Toilet and showers immaculate with plenty of hot water. No hot water in washing up sinks. WiFi most expensive we have encountered. No real meals available due to client uncertainty but you could order bread for next day. Casa Ana 2km up road very nice restaurant.

We stayed at this site in February on our way to Morocco (A tour run by Matilda) it is a small friendly well run and organised site. This is the second time that we have stayed here and it won’t be our last. If you like peace and quite then this is ideal.

Welcoming and friendly owner who organised a trip into Cordoba for us which we really enjoyed. Although the site says it is open and there are heated facilities this is only on a minimal basis. The unisex unheated toilet block is virtually unusable because of the low temperatures at this time of year. Naturally both the pool and restaurant were closed and we would not have expected otherwise.
