The site is great we had a grand comfort pitch absolutely massive caravan, awning, car and a picnic table and still enough room to play football if you wanted. Pool was open but very cold. Toilets washing machines dish washing all above average. The only problem is there is not a lot to do in the area, we cycled to different locations for 4 days then left. Someone mentioned the flies in June well they were just starting in the middle of may and speaking to a couple of permanent brits they “aren’t bad but get much worse such a pity as a very nice site.

Good clean facilities, restaurant on site good quality and value. Surrounding area not the best we encountered.

We had read some reviews and feel that they have been very unfair. the surrounding area is barren, but that is the nature of the park. The beach is a short walk (30 minutes, along a quiet path) and is a very long expanse of sand, with panoramic views. There are a few bars and restaurants in the village, about 4km away.
The site has good size plots. The facilities are a little tired, but very clean and plenty of hot water for showers and washing up.
Antonio was very helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Well worth a visit and we will be back again next year to do more cycling and walking.

Why oh why did I listen to a local and come here? “Chuckles” on reception - aka Mr Grumpy - should have warned me that this was not a good idea. This is fine if you like camping in a desert in the middle of nowhere.

Stopped here for 3 nights as a stop over. Excellent entrance and flat pitches. The pool like a ok but we did not use it, or the restaurant. Large comfort pirxh. Plenty of room for an over 8metre caravan and a discovery with still space to sit in the sun. Staff helpful and facilities spotless. Not a lot to do locally but visited Fort Bravo in the desert and drove to San Jose for a walk and lunch. Lovely small quiet town.

We came to stay for 4 days and ended up staying for 9! The booking in was simple and there were plenty of spaces and indeed we had a block of 18 pitches to ourselves all the time!! The facilities are good with plenty of hot water in the showers and generous cubicles. The washing machines were easy to use and plentiful on the site. The nearby polytunnels were not an issue and the wide open spaces were great for us walking the dog, the beach and village were not far and the local market was worth a visit. We cycled to Toyo which was on the roads but motorists were good and aware of bikes, i was harder in the wind though returning! The pool was closed but the rest of th efacilities and staff were good. Overall we would return here

A nice site with good facilities but nearest supermarket 18 mile away. You are charged for tripping the electric hookup.

Lovely site, friendly staff, good sanitary facilities, great pool which was open all day - a rarity in Spain.
BUT when we were there in early June the flies were terrible. There was no way of sitting outside without being covered with them. Forget eating or cooking outside so we only stayed 2 nights instead of much longer as planned. No one else has mentioned this problem so I wonder if it was a rarity I also wondered if the nearby poly tunnels were the cause of them. Shame we would have loved to have stayed longer.

Site with pleasant atmosphere, hard standings of a reasonable size, set in a desert with token plastic tunnels but didn't spoil the feel of it. Staff helpful, and restaurant for either snacks or a meal was very good and reasonable. Walks to the beach, about 20 minutes through the dry countryside, and village with restaurants, tapas bars and shop gave us a purpose.

Found this lovely site to be so friendly, clean and well placed for a relaxing break. Good walks and cycle rides although surrounded by polly tunnels, but don't let it put you off! Quiet apart from the sound of birdsong!
We loved the site and the dogs enjoyed the walks, on the way to the beach we found a lake full of flamingoes. Perfect place for rest and relaxation. Came for 2 days and stayed a week. We will return.
