Lovely site. Short walk to village and beach.
Restaurant very limited . Great restaurants in village. Sandy pitches. New facilities block at far end of site were fantastic. Would stay again.

A very lovely campsite with very staff who speak good English. Due to the time of year the site was quiet but all facilities open. Shop well stocked, bar and restaurant well priced and food very nice. we pre ordered the BBQ meal which was really nice and the paella was good too. Staff continually working hard to improve the site and keep it clean and tidy. Toilets and showers very clean with plenty of hot water. Pitches of different sizes and you choose your own.
10 minute walk to town and beach with some lovely walking along the cliffs. Still plenty of places open in town at winter time

November: A lovely clean site, well kept and very tidy. Down points: there is not a lot to do here, unless you have transport to get off the site. Village very small, some restaurants if open as the bars. Beach is small and lovely, we came after a storm so the beach was a bit of a mess due what the storm brought in?

Stopped here for 2 nights in early November, the check in was easy, staff polite & we were free to choose our pitch. The pitches & landscaping are well kept & toilet/shower blocks exceptionally clean with lots of hot water. The shop is very well stocked inc lots of camping supplies. It’s a 10 minute walk to the village with a choice of restaurants/cafes & v small supermarket, beyond is a stunning little beach.
WiFi is free but slow.
for a large motor home + 2 with good electric & service point this site is highly recommended.

Travelling party: Seniors

We arrived early November to be met by enthusiastic English speaking staff. Check in was easy and selecting your own pitch gave us total flexibility. Shower and toilet blocks were cleaned more than once a day and were spotless. Loved the fact that showers were on an adjustable tap with plenty of hot water. No toilet seats but getting used to it now, take your own toilet paper though.
Pitch sizes were adequate but we couldn’t get our large awning on, not a problem though. The supermarket is open about 12 hours a day and the bar/restaurant is open for breakfast through to midnight. All prices are very reasonable and at this time of year the log fire is very welcoming. Lovely food too. The pool was closed whilst we were there due to the unusually cool autumn weather but it looked good and is pure sea water. The walk into town is about 10 minutes, loads of restaurants and the beaches and sunsets are awesome. We cycled around the area but destinations are a bit limited. It was really peaceful out of season but I can imagine it being hectic in high season as all pitches are adjacent to each other. Thoroughly recommend this site and we will use this site again.

Touring for 30 years, the toilets/shower block are the cleanest I have ever seen. The site shop is better stocked than some supermarkets. Nice bar area with a warming fire. Staff are a credit to the owners of this site. Spanish campsite operators need to visit this place to see how it should be done.

Travelling party: Couple

This delightful site has the cleanest facilities I’ve ever come across. The camping pitches are sandy level and mostly shaded. There are benches and tables plus bbq pits. The pool is lovely salt water with a child’s pool separate. No life guard. The shop is very well stocked. The bar and cafe are basic. The fabulous beach and village with shops bars and good restaurants is a short 400m walk away. The WiFi is free and all over the site but very very slow. All the staff I’ve met have been very pleasant.
I would highly recommend this site but you’ll need to bring your own loo paper and toilet seat.

Super campsite, just outside the village and not far from the beach. Staff were very helpful, and spoke good English. Some pitches small, some not marked out, but not too busy when we stayed so not a problem. Toilet blocks were very well maintained and exceptionally clean ( no seats, toilet paper, soap) with good sized showers/individual bins etc, with the exhortation to fellow campers to use the (regularily disinfected) toilet brush ! Hooray!!. Superb salt water pool with sun loungers and parasol and a well stocked supermarket. We loved staying here.

Travelling party: Couple

This is a lovely campsite with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is superb with no chemicals, the salt water feels lovely to swim in. Plenty of sun beds and parasols for shade. Toilets and showers immaculate, cleaned day and night, plenty of hot water. The only negative is, the laundry and dish washing sinks only have cold water. I highly recommend this place.

This is our first time here and I will definitely be back, the nicest campsite I have stayed at in Portugal or anywhere else for a while. It is kept spotless, the cleaners doing a great job, there is a really nice bar and a well stocked Mini Market, the staff all seem friendly and the village with plenty of bars/restaurants is only a short walk from the site.
