Camp for €20,- a night at RCN Vakantiepark Toppershoedje in low season with CampingCard ACSI. RCN Vakantiepark Toppershoedje, located in Ouddorp (South Holland), is a campsite with 138 touring pitches and 61 year round pitches. With your CampingCard ACSI you can camp on one of the pitches during the following periods: 27-03-2020 - 20-05-2020, 26-05-2020 - 29-05-2020, 03-06-2020 - 25-06-2020, 29-06-2020 - 15-07-2020 and 01-09-2020 - 02-11-2020. At this campsite you can not only use your CampingCard ACSI for inexpensive camping, you can also use your ACSI Club ID (as an alternative ID).

The campsite is within walking distance of the North Sea beach. Many water sports opportunities close by. There is a restaurant, snack bar and croissant bakery on the campsite. Excellent walking and cycling area and near the seaside resort of Ouddorp.

Travelling party: Couple

We only stayed for 1 night as we were on our way back to catch the ferry.
Very friendly at reception, we got pitch 180 which was a nice large pitch. Plenty of facilities on site, lots of cycling opportunities and the beautiful beach was a 10 min walk over the sand dunes.
Pitches were on grass, but with a sand base, drained quite well.
Some noise from the road between the site and beach, but not intrusive.

Travelling party: Single

Quite a large and busy holiday park type site. Well placed out with alcoves areas for about 8-10 places, made it feel less crowded, though the spaces were tight. Nice and flat with shade provided by trees and also sunny spots. (But it rained during my stay). Have to park cars away from the alcove area in car parking area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It looked excellent for kids with play areas in each alcove and lots of other stuff for them all over the place.  Didn\'t find the toilet block as I didn\'t need to, so can\'t comment, but did see a nice block with washing machine, fridge & ironing board if that\'s something you value. Restaraunt was fully booked, so didn\'t get to sample but seemed very popular.  Did order bread the night before and that was fresh and nice the next morning. Bit of a walk to the beach, but very pleasant and the beach is huge and goes on for miles.  Dogs are OK on the beach at the time I was there and they loved it. Lots of cycle ways and paved footpaths which is also good for wheel chair access to the beach. Campsite charges dogs (I have 2, 1 was included in CC card), which I wasn\'t told about when I asked at the time of booking and i thought very expensive for a dog (as they don\'t cost the site anything and the site provides no facilities for dogs - no play area or dog walks). I only stayed one night as it was too big and busy for my liking, esp at time of year when things are quieting down, and didn\'t like having to pay for a dog.  Was also placed under trees in wet weather, so got a constant drip drip, I\'m sure I could of moved if I asked, as there was lots of space, but would have been nicer to pick my own and let them know where I\'d parked.
