A wonderfully hospitable and friendly campsite, located right in the middle of the Achterhoek region. The site is suitable for those wanting to relax and for families with young children. Surrounded by various nature reserves. Ideal for cycling and walking.

Wij hebben 10 dagen gestaan op deze camping, de camping ligt dicht bij de plaats Ruurloo met het geweldige museum in kasteel Ruurloo. De omgeving is prachtig om te fietsen.

Fantastische camping, vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers en eigenaren. Goed en schoon sanitair. Mooie ligging en uitmuntend fietsgebied in moor coulissenlandschap.

Camping en faciliteiten zijn prima, strikte regels mbt honden! Wij kregen in de eerste uren direct de eigenaar bij de tent omdat we rond de tent een keurig schapennet hadden geplaatst zodat onze honden een beetje vrij konden bewegen en om te voorkomen dat kinderen de honden zouden benaderen zonder het te vragen. Dit net moest weg! Wij kamperen al jaren met schapennet en hebben dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Na een klacht tijdens het uitchecken was er ineens de eigenaresse die uitleg kwam geven waarom het net niet geplaatst mocht worden dit ivm eerdere ervaringen. Op mijn reactie dat wij liever naar een andere camping waren gegaan maar dat we de hele periode al betaald hadden reageerde ze dat we dit hadden moeten melden en dat we ons geld terug zouden hebben gehad. De eigenaar had ons dit op de eerste dag (tijdens het eerste en enige contact) direct ook aan kunnen geven dan hadden wij hier zeker gebruik van gemaakt. Tip voor de eigenaren: maak een keer een praatje met de gasten (fiets niet alleen maar rond voor controle), zeker wanneer je weet dat gasten op de eerste dag al teleurgesteld zijn. Dit hebben we duidelijk aangegeven op de eerste dag! Zet op de website dat netten verboden zijn alleen de melding hond moet aan de lijn is niet duidelijk genoeg want bijna alle campings die dit er ook op hebben staan een net gewoon toe!

Wat een fijne mooie rustige camping, midden id natuur bij prachtig Ruurlo. Aardige ontvangst met koffie. Sanitair heel schoon, ruime plaatsen. Vlak terrein. Een absolute aanrader!
