The campsite has spacious fields, mostly ringed by tall trees. Urk, with its many sights, harbour and beach is just 2 km from the campsite. Good walking opportunities (Urkerbos woods) and cycling (Schokland, Emmeloord). The lovely towns of Kampen, Zwolle and Hasselt are all within 40 km.
