Travelling party: Couple

We spent three nights at this superb site. We were able to choose our own pitch - all pitches generous. Ingeldorf has three supermarkets, all within walking distance. Diekirch is a short distance away and has a station for very cheap (€4 tickets) to Luxembourg etc. Lots of cycle paths nearby, along the river as well as mountain bike routes.
There are two toilet blocks, in one you will need to provide your own toilet paper. Shower and toilet blocks are immaculate, can’t fault them at all. Only minor downside is there is only one private shower cubicle, others have glass on three sides, so are very visible.
Lovely bar area, quiet site, staff amazing, our favourite site so far. Would have love to have stayed longer.

very friendly site excellent helpful staff big pitches with water electricity and waste water disposal on your pitch very very clean shower blocks excellent showers but you do get changed in a communal area unless you choose the enclosed shower which is often available supermarket in walking distance very quiet and peaceful what more could you ask

Travelling party: Couple

Stayed on this site for 2 nights, was drawn here both by its position and the reviews by previous visitors. I have to endorse the views of previous reviewers, the staff were very friendly and helpful and of course spoke excellent English. The toilet facilities were superb, although there was a communal aspect to the showers there was one shower with complete privacy. The site was level and we had a spot overlooking the river.
My only negative comment was the distance between water points, it would be helpful if each pitch with electricity also had its own water point.

Travelling party: Couple

This was truly an excellent campsite with fantastic facilities and friendly helpful staff. We stayed six nights and explored the area by both walking and cycling directly from the site although there is plenty to do further away as well. Walking distance to two towns and a Lidl supermarket with a really good restaurant and bar on the site which were good value for money. Mostly grass but hard ground in the summer it's a big site and the plots are very generous with great views from the front and back. Easy site to get to and good for stopovers as well although most people were staying a while. Highly recommended and we will return.

Travelling party: Seniors

Generally a good site with helpful staff, flat pitches, good bar/restaurant. Easy walk to shops. Handy (and very cheap) buses and trains into Luxembourg City. Modern toilet blocks but not much privacy in showers due to communal changing/dressing area ouside the shower cubicle itself.

Travelling party: Single

This is a very friendly site, well run with a marvellous team of staff. The situation is very quiet and relaxing set away from the main road along side the river, but within easy reach even on foot of supermarkets and shops. The free Wi-Fi whilst advertised to work around the terraced bar area works well a long way down the site even into your unit. I will return.

Excellent facilities. Spotless toilets excellent showers . Restaurant closed tooooo early in September .
Pitches are a matter of choice but could do with a little more attention and laid out clearer. Overall I would certainly recommend to friends.

Travelling party: Seniors

Good location beside a river. Pitch quality will depend on where you are situated. Many are in shade with no real view; if you can get a pitch next to the river these are the best. A large number are taken up by caravans there for the season, but when we were there in late August although the caravans were there, they were empty. Toilet facilities are spotless. The only downside is that one of them has no toilet paper so take your own. In one set of ladies showers there is also a communal changing/drying area. Good for trips to Luxemburg with a bus outside campsite which links to the train service. Very efficient and very cheap. Numerous cycling/walking opportunities in area. Nice towns nearby and for those who like history some excellent world war two museums.
Overall a good site worthy of a visit.

Travelling party: Seniors

A very pleasant site situated alongside the river Sure. The new toilet block (a second one under development) was very clean with all facilities and plenty of hot water at all times. Shops and bus stop within walking distance. It is a short cycle ride alongside the river into Diekirch with a good mixture of shops and bars.

Travelling party: Seniors

A nice campsite with very friendly staff, an excellent restaurant and bar and only a 7 minute stroll to a large "Cactus" shopping centre with a supermarket, paper shop chemists etc. Site is pleasantly situated beside the river Sure and buses pass the door. Ideal for both a stopover or longer stays.
