Travelling party: Couple

deze door veel vrijwilligers gedreven camping heeft alles in zich wat camperen nodig heeft. zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen enz. Het sanitair is voldoende en wordt komende jaren geheel vernieuwd. ruime plaatsen op grote terrassen. Bovendeel camping het rustigst en mooist. tent, camper, gezin enz. voor ieder wat wils. Kort bij stad. staat in m’n lijst favorieten.

ligging t.o.v. Echternach is prima, via het wandelpad langs de rivier sta je in 5 minuutjes in de winkelstraat. Wat niet fijn is dat in de offseason periode slechts één heren- en één damestoilet beschikbaar is. ook de normale stortplaats voor het chem. toilet was afgesloten.

De ligging is SUPER. aan de rond van een gigantisch wandel gebied. Vele fietsroutes en op loop afstand van de stad Echternach met leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes.

Waren in voorseizoen. (juni) Personeel zeer onvriendelijk bij aankomst. Flinke klim omhoog. Plaatsen zeer vreemd ingedeeld. Sanitair oud en smerig. De sanitaircontainers waren vuill en hadden beperkt warm water. Zwembad zat vol alg. Camping om snel voorbij te rijden.

De camping ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Echternach. De plekken voor de tourcaravans liggen hoog op de berg. Zo hoog dat te voet naar boven een zware inspanning is. Ons werd door de campingbeheerder geadviseerd om met de auto omhoog en omlaag te gaan. Camping heeft een mooi zwembad met ligweide naast een bistro. Ruime plekken en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het sanitair is vergane glorie. Is niet meer van deze tijd en moet dringend worden vernieuwd. Er zijn wel enkele containers met sanitaire voorzieningen geplaatst. Het sanitair wordt wel redelijk schoon gehouden. Voldoende speelgelegenheid voor de kinderen.
