Fantastic stay at this campsite for 3 nights out of season. Very convenient for Venice visits. Helpful, friendly staff. Toilets / showers heated and spotlessly clean, as were the laundry and washing areas.
Stayed here for five nights at beginning of October 18. Brilliantly situated for getting into Venice. There is a bus running regularly about 500 meters from the camp rear exit. Nice pitch although not large, great washrooms, very clean with piped music. Probably a good economical place to stay near Venice even without a van as they have lots of nice cabins on site. Restaurant was ok, staff friendly. Lidl’s nearby also a motorhome/ caravan dealer with a good accessory shop within walking distance. Would stay again.
This is a really good site with very access to Venice. Just hop on a bus that stops outside campsite and 10 minutes later you are dropped at the bus centre in the middle of Venice. We bought a two day ticket that covered cost of bus and ferries, which was very useful for getting up and down the grand canal to St Mark’s square etc. Facilities and pitches were very superior and everything was surprisingly easy. Meals at the campsite were good as well. We would recommend this site for a few days visit to Venice.
Good site with excellent facilities. Stayed for 3 nights to visit Venice. Convenient and cheap buses to Venice. Very well run site with a very professional attitude from the staff.
What a great find this was. We stayed here for one night in order to see Venice. The shady pitches are quite small, but just about big enough for our Campervan and 4 man tent. It feels very new and clean. Showers and washroom all very good. We stayed during high season which felt like good value, but do note that to use the small indoor pool and sauna is cost extra per person. Kids enjoyed making friends at the playground. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant and the food was excellent. I’m vegan and they had no problem in adapting a pizza for me. It was very well priced, which was a pleasant surprise after the rip-off prices for everything in Venice itself! It’s a short walk to the bus which takes about 15 minutes to the Piazza Roma from where you can catch the vaporetto. If we return to the Venice area, we’d definitely stay here again.
The toilet block here is 5*+. Staff friendly and helpful. Accepted ACSI booking in advance. Literally 10 minutes on the bus to Venice. Bus is accessed via overpass - lifts were no working when we were there which would pose a problem for anyone with mobility problems. Pitches small but well defined. Restaurant is reasonably priced. Pool is very small. Free Wifi.
It was our first visit to Venice. We will definitely stay here again if able to return.
Second time here. Did not disappoint. lovely campsite .excellent toilet/washroom facilities. Bar/Restaurant good. Swimming pool should be free so did not use. Excellent with bus stop outside for Venice.
This campsite is exceptional. It is totally committed to making your visit to Venice as easy and enjoyable as possible. the facilities are superb.
Wonderful modern toilet block and washing facilities - everything you want and 10 minutes from nearby bus stop to Venice.
Best place to visit Venice. To add more water stations to drink and use would be a nice touch. Last sentence is written for stupid 100-character-rule of this programme.
