Small campsite, beautifully located by the Ionian Sea with a fine black shingle beach. Very simple campsite but with exceptionally helpful staff. The campsite is close to Taormina and 30 km from Messina. Bus and the station are close by. Jeep excursions to Etna Nord (2,850 m). Helicopter flights are also available. Shops, restaurants and pizzerias in the area.

Travelling party: Couple

This site is ok for a transit stop. There is nothing awful about it and the toilets are clean. There were hidden extras because we were only staying one night. An extra payment for electricity and fresh water. There was a charge if you wanted to use Wi-Fi for longer than 3 hours. In general a bit run down and not very friendly.

I stayed for two days, and even though I slept in a tent, I was able to stay very comfortably and quietly. Since it is right next to the beach, during the day, I could spend time on the beautiful beach, and I could also see the beautiful sunset and sunrise. The shower room costs extra separately, but the rest was free to use. There were many cute cats, so I was able to heal myself while camping.
And the staff was so kind and liked to help us out.

Not dog friendly! Claims that site allows dogs in off season - however, dogs are not allowed anywhere but on your plot, even when on a lead. Annoying owner kept reminding us of this fact despite the site being overrun with feral cats doing their business next to the water taps.

Campeggio tranquillo in magnifica posizione in riva al mare, vicino a centro urbano e comodissimo per fare acquisti. Ottimi collegamenti sia ferroviari che a mezzo bus.
Ho soggiornato a maggio poi ho visitato la sicilia ed al ritorno, a giugno, ho ancora soggiornato.
