General information

At Campsite Verna in Cumiana (Turin) camping costs as little as €20,- per night during low season with CampingCard ACSI. At one of the 50 touring pitches you will get a discounted rate during the period . At this campsite you can not only use your CampingCard ACSI for inexpensive camping, you can also use your ACSI Club ID (as an alternative ID).

A peaceful campsite in a mountainous area with good toilet facilities, an excellent restaurant and a small above-ground swimming pool. Hospitable welcome. The site is difficult to reach, especially for larger caravans.

What a delightful site. Staff couldn’t have been any more helpful - cheerful and friendly even in pouring rain. Top class restaurant, hot showers, use of fridge, covered drying area with clothes airer. Quiet location and well worth the drive up the windy hill. We will be back.

Excellent site.Stayed 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer. Owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Hot showers, all facilities clean( no paper or soap), large grassy pitch with plenty of shade, top class Italian restaurant for guests. Didn’t use pool, but reported as cold. Access steep and windy, but well worth the effort. We will be back!

This site is a gem if you want to escape but have good restaurant food and the availability of local produce. The facilities were very clean with a spin drier available to use.
The roads up are not for the faint hearted and at 8.4 metres our host gave us a safety car on the way down the mountain due to the cloud/ mist. Recommended only for larger camping vans if you are prepared to cope with a narrow road with hairpins bends and the odd passing place.
The availability of free freshly ground coffee was most welcome after our dog walks.
The owners were very friendly and always on hand without intruding on your privacy. I certainly recommend this site.

Travelling party: Seniors

Interesting drive through very narrow road to the site, so clearly not ideal for large units. Very friendly and helpful hosts who obviously take pride in their site. Just love the quirky nature of the site. Excellent toilet facilities that look very recently built. If you want a quiet site in the mountains then this is it.
