Travelling party: Couple

Noise from road is far worse than the trains. we were there on a Sunday so lots of local traffic I suppose but the ACSI pitch was the closest to the fence separating site from road. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1. Didn’t feel like you could walk neat the lake as the pitches there are so close. Also no where to walk dog. You have to leave the site and go over the railway before you get any grass.Site clean and tidy but would not stay again.

A wonderful campsite with great facilities, it seems cleaners are working nonstop it is kept spotlessly clean. Restaurant is great complete menu and pizzas available for takeaway. Staff are very friendly and helpful! This is our sixth visit and we will be back!

On arrival you are greeted with a smile and before going to your allocated pitch your invited to have a refreshing drink at the bar ,this gives you time to unwind before setting up also the staff guide you on to your pitch precisely.The site is well staffed at all times to help with anything you need ,for example our fridge was not working on our arrival and in no time we were given a fridge for our stay .The restaurant is of high standard and entertainment is included most nights of the week toilets and showers are cleaned throughout the entire day .The campsite is also gifted with spectacular views looking out on Lake .

So the elephant in the room with this site is the trains starting at 5am!!! Each morning. If you are ACSI you will be in row 4 and will be affected unless you are very hard of hearing. Everything else is fine and as stated. We would not stay again but we did laugh at the free drink on arrival and it being given to cover up the train noise! Booked for 3 nights and stayed for 2.

Camping covelo is a beautiful family run campsite on the shores of lake Iseo Italy.Luca and the family and staff are superb and they do anything to ensure you have a great holiday.The entertainment is always good.Luca arranges boat trips, barbecues, wine tasting , Italian nights and much more.He just wants to make sure everyone has an amazing , happy , memorable holiday.The toilets and showers are always clean and well maintained.The restaurant serves fabulous food within a beautiful lakeside setting.Can’t wait to go again it’s one of those little gems and one not to be missed.

Lovely site. As soon see we arrived a team member showed us to our pitch and before we could set up directed us to the bar for a welcome drink. We then registered and set up our Motorhome. We were on the third row from the lake so only had glimpses of water but it was a short walk to the bar/restaurant where we sat and enjoyed food and drink. The staff were all very friendly.
The shop has fresh bread in the morning but limited other food available. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast one morning and the views across the lake were stunning.
We would definitely recommend the site, I would recommend booking as even in the early low season it is full.

Camping Covelo offers friendliness from the moment you arrive with a welcome drink whilst you are booked in to the moment you leave with a thank you for staying with Camping Covelo . The views of the lake and surrounding mountains are superb (especially from your lakeside pitch ). The food in the restaurant is top class and the relaxing bar on the edge of the water just adds to the whole ethos of camping Covelo .
