Great campsite for those wishing to visit Sorrento, Capri etc. We were given a superb pitch with views directly over the town and bay, it was just beautiful and you could spend you day just looking at the view. The shuttle (€1pp each way) was a great way to get in to Sorrento and well worth the small cost. The campsite was a little old fashioned but none the less charming for that. The toilet facilities were fine if a little bit old. The swimming pool was great and the poolside snackery very convenient. There is a beach onsite but be aware that it is a long long way down and longer back up. The shop was well stocked, prices were quite reasonable and the staff pleasant. The restaurant was fine but a bit limited in choice, again the staff were pleasant and friendly.
A good site for visiting Sorrento, with a regular minibus shuttle service, though a big gap in service after lunch, necessitating using the frequent public bus service once we identified the right bus stop! We paid extra for a pitch overlooking the town. Driving through Sorrento to get to the site is an experience- if you have a choice, try to pick a quiet time of day to arrive! The facilities were adequate, the shop good, and the restaurant very good.
We loved our stay at this site, good facilities (although some updating needed here and there), the pitches with a sea view were brilliant, great friendly staff who spoke good English and a good shop and restaurant. We did not use the ACSI card as we wanted a pitch with a sea view. It did cost approx 40 euros per night (low season) but we felt it was worth it. They do not give any discounts off sea view pitches. If you are a big unit ( we are s caravan of 7.5metres) it would be a good idea to book. They have pitches suitable for larger units but they are limited. Getting through Sorrento in traffic could be difficult so it is a good idea to avoid morning/evening rush hour.
Well located site with easy access into Sorrento by bus or on foot. On arrival we werre told that we could not have a pitch next to our friends unless we paid an extra per night. However they sorted us out close to one another and the following morning we moved together when another unit left. We had an enormous pitch with plenty of space. The campsite is well shaded by orange trees and olive trees. They also run a shuttle bus to and from Sorrento.
This place was very good I really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun in the sea it was beautifully clear and loads of fish it was a shame that the it was a no dog beach. But really enjoyed over all come here it\'s good.
The campsite is pretty situated, with a lovely view on the sorrento coast. Shuttle bus service to town runs frequently, really convenient. The playground is nice, as is the pool. The pool was still open in october. Staff was friendly. Some toilet services were old, but other were new and clean.
Good location (20 min walking from Sorrento or 2 min. by bus). It's possible to swim in the sea from the small pier between the rocks. Bungalows are rather old and have no air-conditioners. Although they are located under the olive trees in hot weather can be uncomfortable. However the price is reasonable. The surprise was the breakfast included.
A great camp site close to Sorrento with a shuttle bus going regularly into town. Awesome swimming spot in the ocean and beautiful swimming pool. Tired bathroom facilities but adequate. Big restaurant and a shop. Staff need lessons in customer relations. Sorrento is wonderful to visit.
