Nice campsite, great beach. We stayed here 3 days in low season and it was still a bit overcrowded. Clean toilets, hot showers. Nice pizza at the restaurant. Good electricity installation and all pitches provide shadow from shadowing nets. Pitches are rather small and close to each other but we managed to find space for our 9 meters long caravan. The lady at the reception may look unfriendly on the very first sight but in fact is very nice and helpful if you are kind and friendly too. We recommend visiting the city of Tropea in the evening, lots of restaurants and gelatterias when you go up the stairs just few meters from the campsite.

handy site for access to a small beach and up the steps to Tropea. the restaurant on site was good overlooking the sea. Toilet and showers were plentiful and were clean but very old and tatty. small shower cubicles plenty of hot water at certain times of the day. just outside the campsite is a steep hill with over 100 steps up to Tropea a pretty tourist town from where you get a good view of the sunset. Pitches for larger vehicles maybe a bit tight.

Very cramped for a campsite. Facilities only slightly better than basic. Staff were not friendly - cold. Great setting for exploring Tropea. There are few alternatives.

stayed a week- this is a gem! great beach. make sure you head for the port and use the 1 way road at the e bottom of tropea to enter - exiting is quite steep with a eurospin at the top of the road - make sure you don’t try and exit tropea going north after eurospin! great pizza at restaurant and it’s always busy- went in boat trip to Stromboli - well worth it- I would love to return next time I’m in the south of Italy
