At Campingpark Oberammergau in Oberammergau (Bavaria) camping costs as little as €20,- per night during low season with CampingCard ACSI. A campsite with smallish trees, but also some pitches without shade. The pitches have pebbles. Lovely views of the mountains, a site well positioned for trips out (walking, cycling). Close to the village.

    Travelling party: Couple

    A very good site for staying in this area and visiting the pretty village of Oberammegau only a short walk away. Staff were very friendly with english spoken. The only drawback to be aware of is the lack of pitch water supply and waste disposal which is claimed in the facilities section. As far as I could tell everyone has to take a container to the toilet block to fill up - not convenient but manageable for a short time. Despite this we would stay again.

    Travelling party: Seniors

    Stayed at this site for 2 nights. Showers excellent, clean toilets everything clean. Staff spoke English & were extremely helpful. Being given ‘ticket’ (free) for use on local buses was an unusual but appreciative bonus.
    Only an easy 10 minute walk into picturesque, pretty Oberammergau.
    Restaurant/bar just outside camp (Hexanstube) was very good, we enjoyed a beer & light meal there. Staff very accommodating.

    Very good and cozy camp, friendly stuff and good location. The village is very close and there are some good activities around. Thank you and we will come again soon.
