A friendly family campsite on the Chiemsee lake with views of the mountains. Comfortable toilet facilities. Beach, boat and sailing activities. Excellent restaurant. Located on cycle routes. Access road is narrow. Campsite owner will assist with entering and exiting the campsite and will park your caravan.

Travelling party: Couple

Great little site on the shore of the lake. The site is compact and pitches are very close. Driving around the site is tricky and not recommended for anything over 6.4 metres long, if your camper is wider than 2.2
be careful.

Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, the host is lovely and very helpful. Facilities are good and clean. On site restaurant is lovely. The site is on a signposted walkway and is offers walks around the lake.

Only drawback is lack of information phone signal and although they have WiFi you must pay for it.

Travelling party: Couple

Great campsite situated on a small lake that was a decent temperature. Toilet facilities were good and there is a room for bathing babies and children. We arrived after 5pm (when reception closes) but there’s a number to call so that you can gain access. Quite a few of the pitches looked to be permanent residents but they were all really friendly.
